About this house rental

Unique property consisting of a primary home up front along with a completely remodeled coach house in back. Ideal for two couples that want to share common space but yet want complete privacy with separate homes with complete kitchens and living amenities. Gather in the tropical backyard with a private pool, grill and large back porch. The front house is a 100 year old spanish style home with one bedroom and one bath. The kitchen and bath have been recently updated. The front home also has a comfortable sunroom and dining area as well. The back house is a one bedroom two bath home with a reading room in addition to a kitchen and living area. The back home was recently gutted and remodeled with upgraded finishes. Both homes have laundry rooms. Located just one house from the Pinellas Trail and a few blocks from the gulf for enjoying sunsets.
