Our beautiful bay house in Rockport is a two story home with 4 bedrooms which allows for plenty of privacy and relaxation. The top floor has an open floor plan with a living room that's open to both the kitchen and dining area. You have access to the balcony where you can look over the canal and have your morning coffee or afternoon happy hour! From the top balcony you have an Aransas Bay view! Our kitchen should provide everything you need to prepare large family meals or just snacks for your day time adventures. The home sleeps 10 people comfortably with the option to sleep 12 on the pullout beds in the bunk bed room. The upstairs master bedroom has a king size bed with comfy bedding and a full bath. Upstairs guest rooms come with a queen bed and its own full bath. Downstairs is the bunk room with two twin bunk beds. This room has the option to sleep 6 with two pullout twin mattress underneath each bunk bed. The downstairs guest room has a king size bed with its own full bath. The downstairs also has a cozy TV area with a Flat Screen TV and DVD player. The backyard is very spacious with plenty of places to relax and catch up with friends or family. A big waterfront canal deck with plenty of space to dock your boat! We have a gate between the house and canal to keep the kids safe and relax with a peace of mind! You cannot beat that! The backyard is equipped with an outdoor gas grill. There is a Fish Cleaning Station right on the back dock! We also have kayaks and paddleboards for your enjoyment. The community pool is a short 3-5 minute walk from the house! Beach is only 2 miles. The perfect family fun vacation! We encourage month long stays in the non peak season (September-February) by offering a 60% discount. We offer a 10% discount for week long stays.
