Just as pictured. It was very clean and comfortable. We were pleased with our stay. We would stay there again.The communication was great with the host.

The property is pretty far from most activities, ie, beach, lake etc. We had an issue with wasps on the porch which the host promptly attempted to remedy, however, wasps will be wasps and they were a nuisance. There is a nice little porch with a grill and a fire pit, we just couldn't use them do to the wasp activity. The interior was quite lovely, but the outside could use some updating, ie, some landscaping or flowers. All in all, a nice little cottage. Enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed staying at this cute little house near the lake. The property was just perfect for our getaway. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our trip. We enjoyed the back deck and the fire pit at night. It was comfortable and affordable.

We found the property to be perfectly to our liking. It was clean, cozy, and well-stocked. Preparing meals was a breeze and basically all the necessary equipment was available. The grill worked great and was clean, and the deck offered a relaxing outdoor dining option. Many offerings for food/beverage/activity in the area, a short drive from the cottage. Would stay again and would recommend to couples or small groups.

The cottage was beautifully decorated and clean. Quiet location and close to the boat ramp. In my many years of using VRBO, this experience was the best. Host is above and beyond helpful!

My girlfriend and I were delighted with our stay and how clean it was! The kitchen had plenty of clean cookware that we took advantage of and the appliances worked very well! Also, the owners were very friendly! The cottage was very comfortable and fit all our needs- we would definitely come back!

This little cottage is absolutely amazing! Not only the quietness of where it is but also how neat and clean it was. The owners were beyond wonderful, they messaged to check on us and see if we needed anything and also left us stuff for s’mores and even some country eggs. This little cottage was the perfect little getaway for us and I will be booking it next time we have a chance to get away again 😁

Perfect for land of the lake trip. House was so cute. Nice and quiet at night. Loved it will be back!!

Convenient location, a lot of stuff is close by. If you are looking for good BBQ or a fun specialty restaurant, look no further than Benton. Paducah is slightly more than 30 minutes away, depending on how fast you drive, and it worth the trip. There are several boat rental places nearby and a Dollar General down the road. The only minus about the place is the distance you need to move the kayaks to get to the lake, maybe 100 yards. They plan to put in a dock to solve that problem. Other than that, the place was clean, comfortable and modern, and they even supplied all of the ingredients for s’mores. I would recommend it to a friend.

Nice cottage that was well prepared for guests. Host checked with us to make sure we got in OK and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the short walk to the lake to use the kayaks.

Quaint, updated, clean spot for a weekend retreat to join friends at the lake! Lots of extras supplied for any cooking needs. View of the lake, deer munching nearby and quiet street made for a comfortable weekend! Just a short drive to put in the fishing boat for a few hours! We’ll be back!

This property was very nice. We rented it along woth the main house for our group of 19. Grandma stayed in the cottage and loved it. We would rent her again for sure.
