Loved the location providing easy access to the town center and nice neighborhood.

Location, actual building, bathroom.

Damaged wardrobes missing shelves, or drawers and only 4 hangers for 4 people! Screws sticking out with danger of destroying our clothes and no place to actually place our clothes. Kitchen cupboards coming apart (hinges) and missing screws… Brand new oven but no ovenware to use it… no rack for washed plates, cutlery etc. Air con not adequate for the whole space - separate unit needed in one of the bedrooms. One side bed light in one of the bedrooms, no other bed side lamps… Frying pan and one of the pots are destroyed and dangerous for health (coating damaged). In general, it could do with a little maintenance especially of all mentioned above.

A good budget apartment at a convenient location

Location, convenient and close to Zagreb railway and bus station (15 to 20 min walk). Apartment was spacious, had 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, entirely available for buses.

It was on the 2nd floor with no elevators. Faced difficulty in taking our 3 large suitcases through stairs climbing up. It was quite tiring. Apartment had no complimentary tea/coffee sachets, which most of the apartments generally provide. The chairs in the terrace were broken. The tea kettle was grimy from inside. Didn't feel like using it. One of the charging sockets in the bedroom was broken. The basin tap was loose and moving. TV had only the local channels, and no apps like YouTube, Amazon Prime, etc.

Location, actual building, bathroom.
