TROPIC TERRACE SUITE #56 IS A 265 SQUARE FOOT POOL FACING STUDIO UNIT. Tropic Terrace Condominium Resort sits right on the sandy edge of the largest beach in Treasure Island Florida. Uniquely designed old Florida styled vacation suites as well as the newly re-designed boutique vacation homes. Tropic Terrace Condo hotel Resort has been a return vacation destination to thousands of vacationing guests since its inception into the Treasure Island landscape. Directly on the beach, there are no streets to cross, only open beaches sprawling from the resort's all season pool to the Gulf of Mexico with undeniably the most beautiful sunsets along the Beach. Enjoy our heated pool in the lush tropical courtyard or relax on one of our lawn chairs facing the beach. Tropic Terrace is located directly on the Treasure Island boardwalk and a short walk to shopping, restaurants and Johns Pass Fishing Village. Accommodations A Gulf-front condo hotel each condominium is individually owned, each with fully equipped kitchens. AMENITIES INCLUDE: Beach-side pool Fully Furnished kitchens Pool-side BBQ Grills Rec Room Picnic Area Private Beach Access Shuffleboard One Free Parking Space Per Unit (Parking Pass MUST be displayed on the dashboard. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION A valid ID and completion of signed electronic rental agreement will be requested once booking is confirmed. 25+ to rent. If for any reason your designated accommodations are not available, we reserve the right to assign you a comparable unit. Rates are subject to change without notice. Taxes are 7% sales and 6% tourism. There will be no refunds for early departures. No boats or trailers may be parked on the property! 1 parking space per unit. Additional parking will have to be negotiated with Resort desk before check in date. $25.00 lock out or lost key fee. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again but rent a two bedroom. The studio was a bit small with my partner baby and I. We stayed for a week so we would want something bigger.

Very clean, nice people, comfortable bed, great pool area and extremely clean and good game room and very good grill area with lawn chairs various places right by boardwalk and beach
Negatives for our unit (but, Vrbo and mgn good)
Tub was unless, drain area handle to hold water in rusted and totally broken, pipes sticking out under sick rusted looking, sink was slow from being clogged before we came. No smoke alarm but management came that same day we told them. Small light by bed sounded like it would fall over. Very cheap. Saw some other units much nicer and updated. Other than our unit, everything else was very nice. Owner needs to improve and update unit. Would stay at the place here again, overall enjoyed everything, but, would not recommend this exact unit.

Neighborhood seemed a little sketchy and couldn't see the water from our room but it was very quiet being away from the main touristy area and as close to waterfront as you can get in that area. Asked for a late check out and after answering what time, never got a response from the property Mgr but someone sure was knocking on the door when it was time to leave.

The property is right on the beach so we didn’t spend much time in the room and has very convenient access to water. A short walk from the room and you can be on the nice walkway that goes parallel to the beach or you can be swimming in the water.
Parking was very easy and convenient. We did not use the pool but it looked to be very clean. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Thank you

Tropic Terrace is a gem! The property is charming - quiet, clean, and just steps from the beach. Our studio condo was adorable - just perfect for me and my sister. We loved it so much we stayed an extra day! We highly recommend Tripic Tereace.

Quiet and Peaceful
The property was very nice. Just enough room for my daughter and I. I like the keyless entry. There was plenty of toilet paper. I thought there would be only 1 roll but there was a lot. It was a very quiet location. I think it’s more so for older adults. My daughter who was 16 asked to go to a different beach for those reasons but other than that, it was very peaceful.

My husband and I spent 4 days here and it was a very nice stay. The facility is super quaint and everyone was super friendly!!! We walked most places so great location. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved how close it was to the ocean and within the walking distance of most everywhere you would need. The room was perfect and would stay again . I would have given a higher rating but the only negative is that our shower didn't work. We told the front desk person and she acted like she would get it taken care of but ,wasnt responsive and getting it done. It took two days for someone to come and fix it. She didn't seem to understand what was wrong as I tried to explain it seemed like a easy fix since the handle was loose or stripped and it just needed tightened up. The maintenance guy was super friendly and got it fixed in 5 mins. He couldn't understand why he was not told sooner.

We were charged an extra cleaning fee and found dirty dishes in the cabinets, trash under the bed and unswept floors! I’m not sure who gets the cleaning fee but I should get that money back!!!! I have stayed in other units and never had a problem…..

Great location, friendly staff. Had a small issue with the shower curtain breaking but that was swiftly resolved. All in all a wonderful visit. The room is a bit small but has loads of character . Really puts you into a vacation mindset.
