About this house rental
Beautiful Palm Grove condo in Tara Preserve Community, quiet and peaceful unit with a spectacular view of the 1st green of the Tara Preserve Public golf course. Best view in the entire complex!!!
Well maintained 2-bedroom 2 bath condo, both bedrooms are suites with their own bathroom and bedrooms have ceiling fans. Very open floor plan, upper unit with cathedral ceilings and screened in lanai off the living room. Lanai has new furniture with a comfortable couch, 2 swivel rocking chairs as well as a 4-person dining table, a whole new living space!
Spacious kitchen with new appliances and a wraparound island with seating for 6 with an adjacent breakfast area with seating for 4 perfect for morning coffee while watching the golfers. Living room opens to the beautiful lanai and looks at the golf course and ponds. Living room has a 65 inch TV that swivels. Master bedroom with a king size bed has a walk-in closet, TV, soaker tub, dual vanity and an oversized walk-in shower, ceiling fan and room darkening curtains. The second master bedroom has a queen bed, private bath with shower/tub, TV, Lanai and ceiling fan. Both bedrooms have very comfortable Tempur-Pedic beds.
Unit has central air and a washer and dryer. It is fully furnished with everything including 2 bikes, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and beach cart. Walk out your front door and you are just a few steps to your exclusive association pool. This will be your home away from home, you won’t want to leave. Has a small garage for storage and your own parking spot in front of the garage with lots of guest parking. Great community for walking and seeing some wildlife. Also has a small club house a few blocks away with a second pool, hot tub and tennis/pickle ball courts and the club house for the golf course.

Location is everything... close to I-75 for easy access to get anywhere. Right by Lakewood Ranch, University Mall area and just a short drive to Florida’s Gulf Coast, the best beaches around, Sarasota, St Armands Circle, Motte Aquarium, Anna Maria Island, Long Boat Key, Siesta Key, Venice and so much more. Perfect location for shopping, dining and golf. Located less than 1 hour south of Tampa airport and only 20 minutes from the Sarasota airport.
Minimum rental of 45 days, includes utilities
and comcast with tons of channels. Reservations are not guaranteed until the final confirmation email has been received from unit owner. There is a background check that is processed through the condo association for $150 and takes about 2 weeks to process.

Very comfortable and clean, large condo with a gorgeous view which fills the entire living space. Well stocked kitchen and extremely comfortable king bed. Very large master bath and walk in closet. Small community pool just steps away, and a garage full of everything you could possibly need or want for your stay. 2nd floor a little tough for us older folks, but, would absolutely come back!

The property was wonderful (clean and nicely decorated). The host could not have been better. We were always in direct contact. No problems occurred during our stay.
