Ken was very helpful & responsive. The house was nice and clean…(except for the living room couch, Ken!). Ken bought a new grill right away when we reported the unusable condition of the current one. We had a great visit with family. And we found a nice beach very nearby with parking spaces!

My family and I had a fabulous time staying here! The property manager was quick to repaint with any questions that we had, and there was a lot of space for cooking, playing games, and relaxing! Great location, and quiet neighborhood - very close to a wonderful local ice cream shop that we visited several times!

We enjoyed our stay and the home really fit our needs, including with a large work desk (for two) in place of a dining room table, since we were working remotely through our stay. The huge island and the table on the patio area might make up for the lack of an indoor dining table. The configuration looks a bit odd but worked for us. For the price, some items do need some attention. Master bed near side has a pronounced loss of structural integrity that will spill you right off or have you fighting gravity. There was no TV in the bedroom with the next largest bed. The comforters in the master and on the other large bed were frankly not in condition for guests, the master being rather obviously past due for washing and indeed replacing. Wife was turned off by the sofas, though the dogs liked them fine. We adapted and soon enough the place felt like home for our ten day stay. Kitchen was well provisioned. I would be happy to go back, given the location and what the place offers over similar options, since the whole area is pricey and we need a place that takes dogs. Neighborhood is great for walking the dogs, and offers quick access to a whole lot, even a very short walk to a popular ice cream parlor. Yard was fenced, which was great for our dogs (but watch for tiny burs that can get stuck in their paws).

The property has possibilities but it was very disappointing due to cleanliness. Two blankets on beds were filthy and stained and filled with dog hair. Yes the place is dog friendly and we had a small dog but I still expect things to be clean. Throw rugs in the bathrooms were dirty. Towels in the linen closet we used and found to be dirty. The couch needs to go to the dump. It is extremely dirty and is beyond cleaning. It also smells. The backyard is filled with sand burrs. They stuck to the dog and our shoes and long pants. I cannot imagine children running around in the backyard. TP is listed as an amenity but I had to ask for it and was provided 3 rolls for 2 bathrooms. Both refrigerators had an issue with water leaking from them periodically. It was not worth what we paid. I will give the owner Ken, kudos for responding quickly when I notified him of something going wrong.

My family and I had an amazing time at Ken's house. The tree house was perfect for our younger kids when we weren't at the beach while the pool table, darts, and entertainment center kept the adults and teenagers well entertained. Beds are very comfortable, there's plenty of space to bring food, cook, and eat in the kitchen with all the amenities of home like dishes, cookware, and a full drawer of spices, and was conveniently located near several beaches, stores, restaurants in both Bonita and in Naples. My husband and brother met Ken one day while he was across the street visiting and could not speak more highly of how kind, polite, and hospitable he was especially for accepting our booking fairly last minute for our large bunch from Virginia. Overall, we were delighted with our stay and would definitely both highly recommend this place and stay again. Thank you for helping my family take a real vacation!! :)
