There was no breakfast provided.
The location was good, fairly central. Good walks, and many bars and restaurants nearby.
The communications from the owner were numerous and confusing. They were very slow in replying to questions ie confirmation regarding the parking.
The deposit was paid via a link in a message with an international bank card, in EUROS and it appeared to have been accepted. it was only later that I discovered it had not come out of my account. This was very annoying. I rang the owners but no-one spoke English. My husband paid using a french bank card.
Once arriving in the appartment using the keypad, the keys and the fob for the garage etc were not in an obvious place. The onsite caretaker located them. They were on a hook hidden behind a curtain.
In the meantime we had found a public carpark.
Late at night we returned to the appartment to discover the fob for carpark entrance did not work. It was too late to get hold of anybody. So we parked some 15 minutes away from the appartment building.
We booked this appartment as it offered parking and in the end we could not gain entrance to the parking. So could have booked a much cheaper and more suitable accommodation.
I am currently receiving regular treatment at a clinic in Toulouse and I wanted to find accomodation that could provide me with a comfortable and convenient place to stay on a regular basis with parking.

Location was great. Easy walk to everything. Good kitchen and living area. Balcony is good as well.
It needs proper air conditioning in living and bedroom areas. The walls kept the heat indoors during the heatwave which made our sleeping very uncomfortable.

No Air Conditioning - even with the loud fans provided it was so hot at night. No flooring - it's just concrete floors, walls ceilings! Couch looks nice but not comfortable at all. Checkin and parking if tough as you have to leave your car to enter the apartment to get a transponder.

Facilities and staff was amazing but they need to install proper aircon as sleeping was a torture during heatwave. We understand its not usual to have aircon however climate is changing.
