Napili Village Hotel

The staff was wonderful! Very helpful and I felt well taken care of. I misplaced my wallet during my stay and their very honest housekeeping made sure it was returned to me, so they definitely showed true aloha and earned my appreciation & loyalty. 🌺 The property is nice, and the location is EPIC! Within walking distance to the beautiful Napili bay.

Everything was clean, the studio was spacious, easy check-in/out process via text message instructions (never had to stop by the office, just collected keys and parking permit from lockbox), lush vegetation on the property, proximity to beaches (walking distance), quiet and didn’t appear to be too many people staying for the Labor Day weekend when I was there (incoming hurricane). I was able to book here last minute due to leaving Kauai early from the storm, and I really like this area of Maui. Stayed here during Hurricane Lowell. The beaches were not in their usual state; there was choppy surf and brown water from the storm. It was still pleasant to be there, nonetheless. Had the pool to myself one afternoon. Easy access to filtered water, ice machine, and laundry (make sure to have several dollars in quarters and your detergent; no change machine seen on premises and no tap/card pay). The housekeeping staff I encountered on the property were friendly.

Kitchen was a bit outdated, but everything was functional. No complaints.

Second time staying at Napili Plaza Hotel... close to everything on the beautiful West side!

Location and affordability

Bedroom needs repair, AC and overhead light switch do not work. Shower drains slowly.
