Beautiful location and views. Amenities limited but well maintained. Short stroll to the beach. Home is clean and has everything a guest could need or want. Complimentary water, coffee and parking passes a nice touch.

We were in town to attend a wedding and needed a place to stay. The 2 Bedroom with a nice balcony and view of the beach was perfect.

My mom, my niece, and her family spent 4 days in your lovely condo. The beach views were magnificent and we had a view of the pool as well. The condo was spotless and comfortable. The weather was perfect and the beaches nearly deserted. Your hospitality and prompt response to my questions was unparalleled. Thank you so much for everything!

We spent four days at this property, and the owners were gracious enough to rent it between Thursday and Monday. The unit was immaculate, and was perfect for my wife and myself, having extra room to spread out. Beautiful view of the ocean from the screened in porch and easy to get around the property. Will rent from this owner again in the future

We have a family reunion every year on the week of the fourth. We only had 45 folks this year, (just to be clear I was the only one at the condo):-)
The condo was clean, great location, beautiful view of the ocean and pool from the living room and master bedroom. The hosts were very helpful and quick to respond, I highly recommend it and I’ve already booked for next year!

The property was just as described! There was a slight issue with a closet door but Amy and Jason were very responsive. The beach was a short walk away and the pool is extremely convenient. Jason and Amy were great to work with! We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time staying here. The condo is exactly as advertised. The place is very clean and cozy. It’s close to everything in AB and just a short walk over the dunes to the ocean. You have a view of the ocean and pool area from the back. Also, the place is right around the corner from the elevator which makes up and down adventures easy. The owners are very cordial and accommodating. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Stayed at this property for a week with my bestie. Very clean and comfortable. I loved that the second bedroom had a queen-sized bed in it. Easy walk to the beach and drive to restaurants.

If we lived closer, we would stay as often as possible. The condo was clean and well equipped. The website pictures were spot on, so there were no surprises. Parking was easy and beside the building. The owners immediately responded when we had any questions. The grounds of the resort were well groomed.

This condo is amazing! Just as shown in pictures and described. Very clean, which is a huge deal for me. Tastefully decorated and well stocked! Gorgeous views from living room and master bedroom balconies. Very conveniently located, several restaurants and stores are within walking distance. The owners are wonderful, very responsive and accommodating. Can't go wrong with this rental and would 100% book again. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

This condo was in a great location! Convenient access to the beach and plenty of nearby restaurants. Views of the ocean from both balconies are beautiful. The owners were friendly and accommodating and very responsive.

The condo had a beautiful view of the ocean enjoyed even in the evenings, early mornings, and even in rain from the screened in balcony. The condo is well maintained and and the owners were very quick to respond to any questions we had. The beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed for the week. The condo was perfect for our family get away. Thank you Amy &Jason. We would love to come back!

Terrific property. It was clean and spacious and worked out fantastic for our family; exactly as advertised. Amenities at the complex were excellent as well. Would certainly recommend!

Jason the owner, was very responsive to our questions. During our time there the elevators did not work and the stairs were stripped of carpeting. Our room overlooked a green pool that apparently has been out of use for some time. The furniture in our condo was uncomfortable and is older. Unit could use paint. Air conditioning unit sitting in hallway was loud.

Very relaxing
The condo was wonderful. Really enjoyed the screened in porch. The condo itself was clean and decorated nice. The beach was not crowded. We easily got into restaurants to eat. The only issue was the property grounds were being remodeled. So, it wasn't as pretty as it would have been. Totally out of the condo owners control. We enjoyed our time regardless.

Last Resort review
Overall, the condo was very nice with a great access to the beach and view of the ocean from the screened porch. (just had to make sure to block the view of the green pool). The location on the island was perfect. Very walkable to restaurants and shopping. The kitchen and den furniture were not the most comfortable, but the bed was a nice treat. Best of all was the weather was supposed to be gloomy, but we were graced with three beautiful days and a full moon to boot.

We had such a relaxing time. The condo was just a pictured in the listing and the view of the ocean was great. The location enabled us to drive to different activities and sites with minimal driving. An added blessing ........ the weather was absolutely beautiful!!!

We were extremely pleased with the condo-it was very clean and well kept. All the amenities were as stated and of excellent quality and made us feel so cozy. It was a delightful vacation and we loved stating at the condo.

We pick a different NC beach each year to visit with my sister and brother-in-law. This location was one of our favorites, and the condo was perfect. Great beach, and easy access to everything.

Perfect Beach Location
Loved this property which is right on the beach with great vistas and close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Quiet property with clean and updated furnishings. Owners were very responsive and welcoming. We highly recommend it!
