The other side (S, SE and SW facing side) of the building will have work done as the balcony restoration project continues. As such, guests should experience minimal noise levels on our side of the building but the other side will be affected depending on the type of balcony restoration work being performed. Overall completion of entire building is expected to be sometime in 2026.

The condo was clean and exactly as pictured. Beautiful beach view. Never had to fight for space at the pool as most often we were the only ones there. The twin 6 year olds had a blast in the pool. Our Host was very informative with any questions that we had and always quick with any response. We will gladly stay again if we make a trip back to Daytona in the future.

This was a great place to stay in Daytona beach. It accommodated all of our needs and the host was very helpful with everything. Steps to the beach and convenient to shops and restaurants. Will stay here again!!

We had a lot of fun on our stay! We loved how big the condo was! Very spacious & didn’t feel cramped! Nice porch area & beautiful view!!! Time of year was perfect! Weather was nice and beach is not that busy! It is a drive in beach area, which we didn’t know. So just so future people know with kids! Communication with owner was very nice and smooth! They were always quick to answer anything & were very informative! Location is nice & close to a lot of things! Especially a Publix! And only about a 30 min walk on beach to pier! Condo its self is older and you can see where it has had some storm damage but you can see it has been addressed! Condo building is definitely older, and currently opposite house is

This condo is in a great location and met all the needs of our family. The floor to ceiling patio doors were what attracted us to the condo, and the views did not disappoint! The owners were in contact at all times, and the process and instructions were easy to manage and very clear. I would definitely recommend staying at this location!
