I will stay here again if I ever go back to Tuscon. It was much better than what I anticipated. Well furnished, quiet, and even a place to park my car inside.

Loved the house and accomodations. The area felt a bit unsafe but the bars on the windows and doors made us feel better. Great, clean house with great communication. Thank you for a great stay!

I don’t have a single negative comment about the residence! Amy provided EVERYTHING that one could need and then some! The beds/pillows/ couch were super comfy! We didn’t stay inside much as we had a lot of family to see and visit, but the PS4 were a huge hit with the husband and kids!

This has probably been one of my best experiences. Very clean and cozy home, it’s not often you run into a place like Amy’s. She really did a great job I look forward to any future stays

Easy access and clean

My husband and I often rent for 1-3 month at a time and have stayed in many vacation rentalunits. This spot is top notch! This entire home has been nicely remodeled and is perfectly suited for longer stays. It is well furnished and supplied with all the essentials. The only downside for us was a too-soft sofa but we were able to solve this problem by using many of the available pillows. We especially enjoyed the backyard which is large enough and positioned to take advantage of sun or shade, depending on the weather of the moment. The housekeeping and unit prep was perfect! The neighborhood is centrally located and was convenient to most of our activities. It isn't the most upscale neighborhood in town but lots of families live in the area and we felt very safe. The street is one of the secondary east-west routes but there isn't that much traffic and drivers keep their speeds down. We were never bothered by road noise and it's super quiet at night. The owner, Amy, has three vacation rentals at this location spread between two duplexes. They are all slightly unique in their own ways. We had a chance to visit all three and 100% recommend any of her units. Amy is interested in keeping this unit in tip-top shape and super responsive. In addition to the unit she provided lots of info on places to eat and activities in Tucson. We are looking forward to returning again!

We stayed here while visiting our son at U of A. It was only a short drive to campus. We had everything we needed, and plenty of little extras. I highly recommend staying here when in the area!

We really enjoyed our stay at this duplex, Amy made our stay very enjoyable by providing a lovely place that was fully equipped, down to snacks, bottled water and laundry pods. The place was very comfortable and in a great location near restaurants and other activities.
