The entry-level den is cozy and furnished with a TV and DVD player and a wet bar with a sink and a mini-fridge for entertaining the whole gang during downtime spent at home base. When you want to slip into relaxation mode, the hot tub is on the outside deck, just waiting to soothe sore walking legs. The laundry room is also on the same floor to keep sandy suits clean. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances and a breakfast island, and the dining area with a table for eight is adjacent, making dining in a no-brainer. The great room is bright and cheerful, with a vaulted ceiling and a TV and DVD player. Sliding doors lead to a sundeck and a screened porch, perfect for kicking back with your family and friends all day and evening! Sun Phun is well-done, a perfect and relaxing home away from home. Things to Know The pool is open seasonally from April through mid-October. You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement. This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
