The condo was very comfortable, nice, clean, and affordable. I loved that it was secure and safe. I was traveling alone, so that was a major plus when I was searching for a place. The place was also stocked with a lot of day to day things. I wish it had been available for my entire stay, it was by far better than staying at a hotel. The only suggestion I have is putting a TV in the bedroom. LOL! Other than that, everything was perfect!

Great value

This place was exactly liked it was advertised. I walked into a very clean, quiet and well kept place. The person who owned it (Kelli) was very nice and helpful. After 6 pm, the entire place goes into lock down and no one can get into the building or move around with out the key fob. And in today's world with the people shooting up random places, that was a plus for me. It was also a plus knowing that you had your own parking space when you go back from your from any activities. I would definitely stay here again.

Second time and it does not disappoint. It's so easy being in this clean, comfortable space. The owners think of absolutely everything! And the building has great amenities. Thanks again. We'll be back!!

Lovely condo, neat, well taken care of in a desirable area of Boynton near restaurants and the beach!

We have stayed in the building two years in a row. Thought the unit is small, it had everything we would want (though since no oven a toaster oven would be welcome). Was surprised the second pool/hot tub was still being worked on for second year in a row so space at the pool is at a premium (no mention). Second set of sheets would be nice. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. Great location for us and like that there is a gym.

One of the best places I have ever stayed at. The location fit my needs, walking distance to restaurants and close to family. The apartment itself was extremely clean, comfortable and well stocked. Great communication with host! 5 star all the way!!

Condo was a perfect choice for us. We are seniors, security was great, parking convenient, condo was perfect size for us. It was spotless& nicely decorated & comfortable. We were visiting family so we didn’t get to use the amenities but the pools looked very inviting & a well equipped gym. Staff were very nice & Kelli was very hospitable & responded quickly to any questions we had. We loved our stay & We will definitely be back! Thanks Kelli

Great security, lovely suite, view was construction garbage dumpster directly under our balcony. Also had trouble figuring out the tv networks. Figured it out by the third day. Otherwise it was totally relaxing.

Check in was super simple the staff was incredibly friendly and the location was perfect. The nearby beach was never very crowded and we were only a short drive to so many fun things to do. They even had beach chairs and an umbrella in the condo for us to use!

For a mature single female, loved the security for the building. Locked indoor garage, key fob to enter all doors and elevators, valet parking for guests. This property is just off I-95 and close proximity to the beach, (7 minute drive).;Supermarket ,Dunkin donuts and Chase Bank 7 minute drive from building.. I recommend Ocean Ridge for beachcombers in that area. Shopping malls 15 minute ride depending which one you go to. Communication very responsive by text. The apt provided beach gear, and beach towels, washer dryer, a balcony facing front of building and assigned parking spot. Airport is 15 minute drive from the property. Even with one pool under construction, the additional lap pool was plenty sufficient, and never crowded on the 5th floor of the building. Most enjoyable stay.

We stayed here in Sept and Dec 9th for 1 week the condo is very modern and clean.Parking garage entrance is just down the hall and secured with gate. Owners are always available at a text but we never needed them all was well.

Like the property title says, much better than a hotel stay! Plenty of room for two; enough supplies and amenities for a comfortable stay. Once you figure out how to get around the building (garage, elevators, etc.) it is wonderful! Parking on the same floor as your apartment is a plus. Bed is very comfortable. We have friends and family in the area so the location works great for us. Also the ability to walk to a few different restaurants makes for nice lunch or dinner. Would definitely stay again.
