I am Las Vegas local and I know the city well. I have a government job and I had to travel to Las Vegas for work. A week prior to my trip, my schedule changed without my control. I explained to owner and requested a refund, but she denied. She stated she could have booked her place to someone else. The owner wasn't receptive. This is the reality about this small room with NO kitchen. The location is in the west side of city right by the mountain, way far from the city. If you don't have a car, you need to spend a lot of money for transportation. Although this place seems to have a very small fan according to the pictures, which is absolutely not enough to keep the room cold. Houses located by the mountain get the heat a lot more than other locations. Overall, people just care about their money and they don't have any understanding of other's situation. Making money this way is unfortunate.

Before I make this next comment, let me preface by saying I'm >70 yo, so getting around using a ride share service probably isn't a deal breaker for younger people. However, I always rent a car so the location of the rental wasn't an issue as far as restaurants, entertainment, buying groceries, etc. That said would recommend to anyone, up to 2 people, that is.

We greatly appreciated the coffee station, and the full supply of towels and paper products. The portable air-conditioning unit worked well but was very noisy! We didn't think of turning it off at night because of the high temperature, but there does seem to be a house air-conditioning that comes on also. The rugs in the bedroom are cute but can be a tripping hazard for older adults. My sister in law had to be very careful. Overall our stay was very pleasant! Thank you.

I was very anxious because they have a window ac unit that is covered but pretty much open with only a thin wood plank in the slot to keep people from opening it so that on top of already being very nervous to be a women alone and travel that made it worse and also the whole place only has that ac unit so it barely cools the room down unless it’s one for 3 plus hours but it was very clean and the manager is very nice , if a wall ac unit was installed it would make single travels like me more likely to book again

The suite was very clean, cozy, and pleasant. If we come back to Vegas, we will definitely want to stay here!

Just outside of red rock, this spot is just so special. Clean and quiet with a comfortable bed and clean towels. After a long day of rock climbing it was a perfect little retreat. Thank you!

Nice, clean and quiet unit. The bed was super comfy, and was away from all the hustle and bustle.

We enjoyed staying here. The room was very nice, and there were plenty of amenities provided. Everything was clean, too. Our host Lisa was very polite and responded quickly to any questions that we had. Really liked the location too - quiet area near the beautiful mountains, but still didn’t take very long to drive to the strip. We will definitely see if this property is available the next time we go to Las Vegas.

Wonderful accommodations, I wish I had time to enjoy the outdoor courtyard area- it was very nice.

I can’t comment on the friendliness of the staff as I never met anyone associated with the property.

It was ok for a one nighter …

We wanted to stay as far away from the strip as possible and this was the perfect spot for that!

The room was really nice. The only problem was the bed, it was way too tall. My friend almost broke her foot when she went to the bathroom in the middle of the night. She forgot about the height of the bed, so she stepped on the stool, which turned upside down. But other than that we had no complaints.

We loved our stay at the cozy little suite. The quality of the furnishings was excellent, and the neighborhood was quiet and serene.

The guest suite was just as listed, only better in person than in the pictures. Extremely quiet neighborhood. This was a stop off for us from very long hours of driving cross country. We found the bed very comfortable, though a bit tall. It is a four poster bed with a tall mattress set, but a step stool was provided. Well decorated and clean. We wanted a quiet place away from the lights and action of the LV strip, and this was perfect for us.

My stay was great! Safe neighborhood, easy access and super cute! I would book again the next time I am in town.

There is an A/C unit that keeps it cool inside. The courtyard is spacious and we ate our meals out there. Hot shower with great water pressure. Owners are very communicative and available but not intrusive at all. You can walk to a great outdoor area called Lone Tree Park- it is an equestrian facility plus has a walking path and hiking trails and pickle ball courts, etc. This place is in a great neighborhood with a lot of custom homes.
