The condo is newly renovated, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything you need for a day at the nearby beautiful Siesta Key Beach.

Place was spotless, great location, close to beach and restaurants. Will do it again without hesitation

This condo was perfect for our 2 night stay. The condo was spotless. Was very well stocked. The furniture appeared to be brand new. It was very nicely decorated. Anita was excellent to deal with. Answered my two questions immediately. I would definitely stay here again.

My sons friends were staying on the beach across from Captain Curt’s. It was less than 10 minutes to get there most times. Condo was well appointed and felt very clean!

The condo appeared to have been updated recently so it was very nice. We used the pool several times and it was very warm so that was good too. A few neighbors were noisy outside one night, but we did not hear them from the bedroom area so it was a non-issue. Anita was very quick to respond and did a great job for us.

I have to say the apartment was very clean and neat and quite. We were not able to get to the beaches because of the red tide and glad there was a pool in the complex. Many good restaurants in the area and a Publix’s close by.

If there were to be a problem then I can see that they would be very helpful. We are UK "oldies" and need a quiet area, which it was, but would have liked to use the King bedroom but the noise from a neighbour's air con,most of the night, prevented this. However we used the Queen front bedroom and it was surprisingly quiet except just one night out of seven. Also, if you like us, need blackout blinds to prevent a disturbed night, then the early morning light may well bother you. This is an individualistic comment and may not be pertinent to others. Overall the condo satisfied all our weekly needs....thank you Anita.
