Located in Geneva-on-the-Lake, this lovely house for $313 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Group ready 6 Bedroom 2 Bath House on the East End of the Geneva on the Lake Entertainment Strip. This 2 Story House can accommodate up to 14 Guests with its additional sleeper sofa in the living room. We are located right next to the well know Anchor Inn. There is a short walk to all the entertainment of the Geneva on the Lake Strip. Geneva Township Park is just across the street offering Public Lake Access. The only thing this house lacks is a dining room. We have supplied 2 sets of TV trays for eating in the living room. There is a large outdoor common space with a wood firepit (wood provided). Amenities offered by the pet friendly East End House E include: A/C; Wi-Fi and cable; A small kitchen featuring a Dishwasher, Full Size Stove, and Full Size Refrigerator. It is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils; Fresh linens for the beds, and towels are supplied in the 2 bathrooms. The outdoor entertainment space shared by the 4 other units features 2 wood burning fire pits and lots of chairs. There is your own stocked propane grill. Check in is 4:00 p.m. and checkout is 11:00 a.m. Parking for up to 6 Cars is directly across the parking lot from the house. Restaurants, nightclubs, amusement rides, live entertainment, arts, unique shopping, and arcades provide entertainment for everyone in your group, including the Tuesday concerts in Township Park. • Play a round of golf at one of Geneva’s in-town or area golf courses. For family fun try one of the many miniature golf courses. • Explore more than 20 Northeast Ohio wineries just minutes away. The Ashtabula and Lake County grape-growing regions produce most of Ohio’s wine grapes, giving our area the reputation as the state's finest. And don’t forget about our famous covered bridges. • Arriving by boat? Dock within the safety of the harbor at nearby Geneva State Park. And Lake Erie itself has so much to offer: Book a sunset cruise or a fishing charter. Swim at the State Park or stroll along the beach, then take a ride on the Ferris wheel. There are several restaurants and wineries right on the lake, and our spectacular sunsets offer the perfect subject for photo enthusiasts.

We had a great stay. 6 bedrooms with a kitchen and living room for an incredible price. There was no table, but they have 7 folding chairs and 7 snack tray tables you can use. Each bedroom has its own tv with netflix and Disney plus. Kitchen has plenty of dishes, pots and pans. The washer, dryer and dishwasher were great perks as well. There is a big park around the corner and is just steps from the cute town. Great place for a getaway.

Stayed here with friends for the weekend during Thunder on the strip. Great location, great accommodations and loved the fire pit area. We would definitely stay here when returning to Geneva!

We loved our stay! The place was very clean and had everything you needed. Great for a large group. You are in walking distance to the main strip and there is a cute park right across the street. Very easy check in/check out process. The only thing we had trouble with was if you even opened the oven once the fire alarm went off everytime lol. Other than that everything was great!

House was clean... tvs & air-conditioning in every room. Fire pit & chairs were awesome. Spent most of the weekend drinkkng around the fire. Nice & quiet... you cant hear anything from the bars down the street.

Nice for a weekend stay, but no dining room or kitchen table. Didn't realize that when booking. Great place if you are eating out. A picnic table outside may be a good addition for eating or playing games/cards. Within walking distance for main street but still a little bit of a walk to the very end.

The house was very clean. The only problem we seem to have less anytime you try to cook the fire extinguishers go off throughout the whole house. That was nerve-racking a little. They could’ve used a picnic table outside, but other than that it was very nice place to stay for a couple of nights.

The property had ample parking, provided enough sleeping area and linens for number if guests and is located two blocks from the strip. We had a blast! The unit was clean, area was safe and the space offered many separate sleeping spaces which was great for our group!

We had a blast on our trip and this place was great. So close to the strip we just parked our car and walked everywhere. The house was clean the fire pit was great couldn't ask for more. Would definitely stay again.

The property was perfect for our visit!! 4 adults and 6 children - Easter Egg Hunt upstairs. This unit was spotless and perfectly located to the GOTL strip - we could walk for coffee and donuts. More fun family memories made!

The perfect host! My sister-n-law and I wanted a girls weekend away and found this place near everything we wanted to experience for the area. The house is VERY clean and had everything we needed! When we had any questions, the host answered immediately and could not have been more accommodating. We came to the area for a weekend but had no idea bad weather was coming. We stayed one night and when we realized snow was coming the next night, we wrote the host and asked for a refund for our second due to needing to leave early. The gracious host agreed and completely understood our problem.

We had a great visit to GOTL. The rental was as described. Although you can walk to the main part of the strip from here, with two 6 year olds we found it easier to drive to the center of the strip and park. The park a few houses down was great for walking the dog, and has great views of the lake. Inside the house is small. The upstairs bedrooms were a particular challenge when sitting up in bed. I hit my head several times on the sloped ceilings! Both bathrooms were nice, with plenty of towels. The downstairs couches are on their last leg (figuratively) and could be replaced. The only real issue was using the stove. EVERY time we used the stove it set off the fire extinguishers. My wife even cleaned and scrubbed the grease pans on the stove top, to no avail. It even when off when boiling water! User Beware! The firepit was a great gathering point one evening for hotdogs and smores. Overall for the price of the unit we found it to be a good value and would consider renting it again, but never use the stove!

This is the second time this summer we stayed in one of the houses on this property. It was a great location. My dogs enjoyed being able to walk out on the back porch and just lay in the sun. It was very large and my family all had their own space to be able to relax in. It was clean besides the floors needed deep cleaned. The outside of the house had ALOT of spiders on it so be careful walking out at night! Definitely will come back next summer to stay again!

Had a great time in GOTL for my 30th birthday and this house was the perfect place to stay. Comfortably slept all the people that came out, had more than enough towels and toiletries for 12 people, was super clean, and was right off the strip. Already have friends wanting to rent the place again for their birthdays.

There were 12 of us so it was fine for the long weekend. Not having a dining area would probably stop us from staying for a week. Plenty of beds, good location, easy walk into the village, easy drive to the beach, great park for kids almost across the street. Biggest annoyance were the fireworks being set off right outside our windows near the fire pit every night - July 4th weekend. Would consider it again on a quieter weekend - good spot for Detroit and DC family to meet up. Thanks for a fun weekend!

It's really a great place for a large group. Bathrooms are very good. All bedrooms have TV and Window A/C unit. The two bedrooms on first floor are larger and more comfortable. The 4 bedrooms on second floor are smaller and crampt but adequate....The only issue is window units are located at head so we re-arranged our room a bit. No big deal but thought I would say. Matt is very good to communicate with and accomodating. Overall, you can't go wrong I would say.

The house was clean and in a perfect location. Walking distance to the strip or the community park. GOTL Municipal Golf Course close by and very nice. 6 bedrooms so we all had our own, each with a TV and air conditioning. The wineries were great! Cask 307 was our favorite!
