About this house rental
90 Day Minimum Stay.
Large 1 bedroom with attached living room and kitchenette area. Tall cathedral ceiling. Space is 1000 sq. ft so it feels spacious.
Upon entry, you will be welcomed into a spacious living room with cathedral ceilings. A long green sofa flanks the art collage wall.
The polished green concrete floors are cool on the feet and keep the space especially cool in summer.
Two person tabletop to sit and enjoy a meal with barstools. A bookcase and large wall mounted TV sit across from the sofa for casual TV viewing. The TV is a smart Roku . Good WiFi.
Split A/C unit in the living room keeps both the living room and bedroom cool. Bedroom has additional portable AC unit in the bedroom if you want to close door to living room. When AC is not wanted, teak levered windows will open allowing fresh trade winds in the room.
One bedroom with new King size bed and headboard. A smaller wall mounted TV can be found in the bedroom. Bifold doors open in bedroom. You will also find a small desk,chair and desk lamp in the bedroom.
2 Full sized Mirrored closet doors with interior lighted closet space in bedroom and living room. Plenty of shelving with a full size dresser. Iron and ironing board provided. Broom dustpan and vacuum in closets.
Bathroom has a dual sink vanity, a fully slated walk in shower and separate toilet area with private door. All white fresh linens.
Separate full size tub with teak tray that holds your glass of wine, iPad and book while you soak in your bubble bath.
Kitchenette is equipped with drinking glasses, dishes, blender, mixing bowls, flatware, coffee maker, oven, fridge and microwave.
New full size front loading washer and dryer.
Private sitting area with a covered umbrella and BBQ outside your door. Additional seating with rattan loungw chairs and table. Bbq is also included.
Short 5 minute or less walk to Kailua beach.
Whole Foods, Safeway, local dining a short 5 minute drive away.
UFC Gym less than 10 minutes away. We also have a public recreational center 5 minutes away that has a pool with swim times and tennis and pickle ball courts. Get there early as the pickle ball courts are busy!

The apartment is exactly as pictures show. Location is fantastic-only 4-5 minutes to the beach. Very quiet and private-no one walking by your windows. It’s quite large for a studio. The owners were very nice and made sure we had beach chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards. They even offered to let us use their surf boards! We loved our stay and would go back again.

This unit is a very clean and well appointed studio with a very nice location. Interacting with the hosts was a pleasure. The unit is very stylish and nicely decorated.
