Enjoy the convenience of the attached two car garage to make your stay extra accessible and easy. We can't wait to host you! The Space: PARKING: The two car garage has room for two cars. In addition, there is no more street parking available right in front of the home. There is free street parking behind the home in a parking lot area. Please note, the house rules are NO smoking and No parties. Guest Access: Easily access the home with the front door keypad with combo given before check in. Great property with plenty of room. The bedrooms have great bedding. The slopes are a 10 minute drive, so very convenient! Well appointed kitchen as well.

Property Mangement team was very attentive. Enjoyed our stay. Good location and very close to Park city. Downstairs bedroom was rather cool as opposed to the main and upper floors. Lots of stairs.

Great condo and great location. One suggestion would be to get a more comfortable couch and chairs in the living room. Not a ton of comfy sitting space for a 4 bedroom.

Listing is accurate. Nice new property that is in good condition for a rental. Close proximity to Park City. Very comfortable space that gave two mid-sized families plenty of room.

We had such an amazing experience and the townhome is BEAUTIFUL. Very modern and had amazing views. We especially liked the washer/dryer feature and how clean everything was. The renter is very kind, helpful, and quick with communication. 100/10 and would stay here again!

We spent two nights here. It was exceptionally clean and maintained. The beds were comfortable with lots of pillows and blankets. We appreciated all the provided soap, shampoo, etc, as we forgot ours. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need (utensils, dishes, appliances, etc). This place exceeded all our expectations. Will definitely stay again. Check in and check out was easy. The host was easy to communicate with. Thanks!
