This house was more than we imagined. The views were spectacular and we all had room to spread out. We had things to do while bisiting but couldnt wait to get back and relax. The kitchen was stocked really well, instacart and doordash delivered, and response was fast for any questions. Please make more dates available so we can go back.

The view is spectacular. The house is generously and thoughtfully furnished. There is plenty of space to gather together and plenty of room for people to do separate things. The hosts are friendly and gracious. The location is easy and accessible. There is a sense of peaceful welcome throughout. We had a wonderful experience holding our family reunion/birthday celebration there.

This property was just the getaway we were hoping for, with plenty of space and entertainment. Well worth it and would love to stay again!

This MN family of 7 spent four nights over the Christmas holiday. The accommodations and scenery was unmatched in our experience. Despite record-breaking snowfall on day three, we had an amazing stay and would highly recommend!

This place was the ideal base for the Bride and her bridesmaids for a Brown's Point wedding! I must mention that Jenni was such a pleasure to communicate with, and took wonderful care of us, in spite of a substantial plumbing hiccup that was inadvertently caused by the previous renters. Jenni was unflappable, and determined to accommodate whatever solution was best for us! We selected this place, because of it's location, about 5 minutes drive from Brown's Point (wedding venue), and because it would be spacious enough for the wedding party to get ready with hair & makeup before the wedding. The dining room wound up being the perfect place for everyone to get dolled up, and gave the hair & makeup artists room to spread out their tools. The lovely master bathroom and walk-in-closet was perfect for all details from steaming dresses to soaking sore feet after the ceremony! The well stocked kitchen (including a delectable basket of gourmet, local treats) was a great place to congregate to prepare treats to enjoy on the breathtaking deck. We even took some wedding pictures on the deck, because you could see the Brown's Point lighthouse from there. We put the Bride in the grand four-posted bed in the Master, to make sure she felt like a princess before her big day. And, in a stroke of unplanned kismet, the groom had rented a place a few doors down the street, for their escape after the wedding. We had a hard time saying goodbye to this place! The stunning deck, with its view of the bay and the Olympic Mountain range, invites lingering, and is a reason to visit Tacoma in its own right! I look forward to an opportunity to return to this house. Oh, and due to the plumbing issue, which essentially prevented our use of the downstairs, Jenni was wonderful in working out and ensuring that we received a partial and satisfactory refund for the unavailable amenities - the day we left! Thank you, Jenni!

Our daughter and son-in-law were moving into a house nearby and this was the perfect spot for all of us to come home to as we moved into their new house. The home was clean and comfortable. Also, great owner communication!

Pictures don’t do justice: this place is beautiful, fun, and well stocked with enough to entertain just about any type of group of vacationers. The panoramic view of Puget Sound is wonderful, day or night. Recommended!!

We come to Tacoma every year with a group and this house was perfect for cooking together, relaxing and socializing. Well equipped kitchen, plenty of space to spread out and beautiful views off of the deck. Highly recommended!

Our daughter and son-in-law moved to Seattle last year. Instead of having them fly back to Iowa, both families flew to Seattle instead and had a joint family Thanksgiving at the Brink House. We were 100% satisfied. The house is absolutely beautiful with ample space for everyone to socialize and relax. The view off the balcony is simply breathtaking, and the location is convenient to quickly get to attractions in the area. The owner was very responsive to all of our questions. We could not have asked for a better experience....now, we just need to schedule our next visit.....

We were delighted to spend the weekend as a getaway here! The description is accurate. The house has lots of space. The porch is huge. The sunsets are amazing! We may end up here next year!

Very comfortable accommodations. Loved the game room. Views are amazing. Owners are very quick to respond with any questions. We would highly recommend this beautiful home. We were 11 ladies at Christian Conference in Renton & house was very comfortable with few ladies using air mattress, we all had our own bed! Loved having down stair shower could enter from bedroom, & someone else could use toilet & sink entering from hallway. With a lot of women that was great! Then upstairs shower bathroom was magnificent!

The house is gorgeous and great for families. The view is breathtaking and great for pictures. The kids especially loved the bunk room and the adults loves the many games in the house. The pantry was well stocked. The owner was always quick to respond to my requests and questions. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Perfect for large family vacations. It’s beautifully decorated, clean, well-stocked & you can’t beat the view of Commencement Bay! Our kids particularly enjoyed having their own space downstairs playing pool and changing music on Alexa. The hosts thought of everything to make our stay easy & comfortable.

We hosted a bridal shower with family coming from out of town and had the best time. The view is spectacular. The house is clean and inviting. All communication with the owners was accurate and polite. We will be back!
