About this apartment rental
We rent this studio apartment for short tourist stays. We normally ask for a minimum stay of three days. The apartment is located on the second floor (with elevator) of a building located in the historic centre of Bologna, not far from the main square (Piazza Maggiore). Windows face a wide area of private backyards, so it quiet by night. The apartment offers one single room with all the necessary: a kitchenette, well equipped to prepare any kind of meal with a four ring stove, a table with four chairs, a double bed (sofa bed permanently kept open with normal queen size mattress), some other pieces of furniture. The bathroom has the basin, wc, bidet and bath. Even if not so wide our place has five windows! Maybe the best feature is the panorama over the rooftops of the historic centre.

The room was great and the welcome was nice too, with clear instructions about the property and nearby restaurants. The view really was great and the location was also excellent. Make sure you bring your own soap and shampoo.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is on the outskirts of the old town which meant the dining options were not touristy. All our favorite meals and food purchases were those close to the apartment. The apartment was quiet, and the small kitchen was surprisingly well stocked. We were able to walk everywhere, and we would be happy to stay here again the next time we're in Bologna.

Great little apartment in a nice central part of beautiful Bologna. Paolo and Carlotta are lovely hosts and easy to get into contact with if needed. Overall, a nice and simple way to enjoy Bologna with your partner.
