Welcome to Barn Owl Inn Treehouse, nestled along the mountainside near Nickajack Lake.

Inside, you'll find a cozy open-loft bedroom with a king-size bed and everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Step outside and unwind in your private hot tub while enjoying the peaceful surroundings and beautiful lake views.



Due to limited mountainside parking, trailers, boats, campers, and RVs are not allowed.



The Space:

Our treehouses are designed for a peaceful and relaxing getaway surrounded by nature. Each treehouse includes a private entrance, comfortable sleeping area, full bathroom, kitchenette, and hot tub.



The treehouses are conveniently accessible from our shared one-way driveway. Parking is available on the concrete parking area near your treehouse.



Your treehouse is equipped with keyless entry. Your unique access code, along with detailed directions and check-in instructions, will be sent prior to your arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Driftwood & Pine is tucked into the beautiful mountains of Tennessee, offering a peaceful setting surrounded by nature while still being within easy reach of Chattanooga. We’re approximately 20 miles from downtown Chattanooga, where you’ll find restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and popular area attractions.



The property provides a quiet place to unwind after a day of exploring everything the Chattanooga area has to offer.



Getting Around:

A personal vehicle is recommended for getting around the area, as public transportation and rideshare services may be limited.



The property has a one-way driveway, so please follow all posted directional signs. Parking is limited to two vehicles per cabin and is available on designated concrete parking areas only. Please do not park in or block the driveway.



Other Things to Note:

Please review the following before booking:



• Our treehouses are designed primarily for adult getaways and are best suited for adults.



• While each treehouse offers its own space and outdoor area, the property is not a secluded or completely private setting. The property includes multiple accommodations, so guests may see or hear other guests during their stay.



• We allow a maximum of 2 vehicles per treehouse. Vehicles must be parked on the designated concrete parking areas and may not block the one-way driveway.



• No parties, events, or gatherings are permitted.



• Smoking is permitted outdoors only. All doors and windows must remain closed while smoking.



• No pets are permitted.



• Candles, fireworks, or other open flames are not permitted anywhere on the property. Charcoal grills are permitted only in designated areas.



• Check-in and check-out times are strictly enforced. Detailed arrival instructions and your unique door code will be provided prior to check-in.
