Location was very peaceful, staff were very nice. A number of food and drink options nearby and something like £1.50 for a taxi to Tam Coc or a nice cycle via the free bikes. Lots to do in the area and this hotel is well away from the tacky strip in Tam Coc
Wasn't really aware of lunch, dinner options and mini bar prices. There was very little information on what was for offer beyond spa treatments. This could be better and the local team could better promote the hotel options and prices

We love the friendly and helpful staff. Very accommodating and helpful. The hotel has beautiful landscaping and the ground is very well taken care of. The room is clean.
The location of the hotel was quite secluded. We had trouble finding it when we arrive by grab late. Which caused some alarms but thanks to the patient Grab driver.
The room was huge and minimal. We booked a junior suite with mountain view but we couldn't open the curtains at all throughout the stay. We are directly facing another room of the other block and the mountain view is behind this block.
So felt its quite misleading. The whole area is mountain view if that's the case.

The staff are so friendly. The swimming pool grounds is stunning but no where to sit comfortably.
The rooms are in need of updating and lack ambience. The room had a very noticeable damp smell. It was not possible to open the bathroom window to reduce moisture after showering, as the window is positioned directly outside a laundry area. We asked for a new room on our last night - the new room was an improvement but it still requires upgrades, such as missing wardrobe knob etc.. The hotel advertises a spa; however, it did not appear inviting. Communal areas could also do with some tiding up.
