About this house rental
Xanadune is our wonderful eclectic 80's beach cottage on beautiful Harbor Island. Enjoy panoramic views of the marsh and Atlantic ocean from the huge living room and the cozy glassed in Carolina room. The house is private and secluded with the beach and pool only a quick bike or golf cart ride away.
3 large bedrooms offer plenty of space for up to 7 people. The large kitchen opens up to the living room and dining area making for wonderful family memories.
Out back is a nice deck and fenced in area.
Harbor Island is a wonderful private island with a large community pool, tennis courts, fishing docks, kids playground and fitness area. The neighborhood streets are bike and golf cart friendly. Harbor Island's private beach is wide and sandy with calm waters and tidal pools. You can also use our yearly pass for Hunting Island State Park to enjoy surfing the waves and climbing the light house.
** Pet fee is $200 per booking. Please add it to your reservation.
** Please note that the cost of the first vehicle parking pass is included in the booking . Any additional vehicles will need to pay $20.00 for the first night (plus $10 for each additional day).

We always enjoy our stay at your home. The carpet does need to be cleaned and I think we were billed twice for housekeeping, etc. We rented for 2 weeks. No one cleaned during our stay. The new construction next door did subdue the vibe. But growth does occur and it's happening everywhere. WE tried to keep your yard clean and put their construction debris in their large bin. Our dog has gotten used to the place and loves it! The views and the salt air and the wildlife are just what we needed. Thank you for sharing your place. WE will be back. Peace to both of you!

2nd time I have stayed at this property. You can't beat the sweeping views and comfortable environment, both inside and out. I'd also like to point several improvements, large and small, from the last time I stayed (for anyone who previously stayed but hasn't visited recently):
This is what I've noticed, big and small:
--A/C in the sunroom. Makes it far more tolerable
--Outdoor shower installation
--New, significantly improved outdoor charcoal grill
--Hunting Island State Park Season Passes
--More efficient media/entertainment center design.
--Binoculars in the dining area to enhance a great view.
Brilliant!
Overall, very pleased with the stay.
