Parking! Free but only if you have a very small car. Had to park elsewhere the first night as we couldn't fit into the space (honda crv). Concierge service quite helpfu, eventually established another space available next to ours so we had 2 spots. Corridor leading up to apartment smelt a bit funky but the apartment was clean and odour free

Lack of service received when the internet and TV went down. Given the lack of good mobile network in the apartment the WiFi was important and we were without it for the duration of our stay. Lift was broken but this was only a note on the check-in details email which was too late for us to find alternative accommodation as a lift was important to our circumstances. Given the no smoking signs in the communal areas of building the corridor was very smoke filled which wasn't a pleasant experience.

Key fob for underground parking had a flat battery and they were unable to help fortunately a resident let us in. Heating not working and call to support with 15 minutes on hold with agent occasionally listening to see if I was still there before putting hold music back on. This company are excellent at taking deposits and sending messages listing all the reasons you can be charged extra. Woeful support due to their remoteness from property. Not enough cups/plates for four people plus hole in bedroom wall. Strongly advise to avoid.

Location was good. Parking was good.

Issue with property not being available until 5.15, only found out when there was no access to the property! Hosts have never contacted us or replied to messages. No welcome pack just 6 teabags and sachets of milk. 1 small bar of soap each. Beds and bedding quite poor quality for the price charged. More attention to detail needed, and some basic level of customer service!

Being told couldn't check in early because of intense cleaning due to covid but bathroom was not clean to good standard vent above bath was filfiy grim around shower again took pictures to prove and normal channels on tv didnot work will not allow to send more than 1 pic of each room

property wasn’t clean. dirty cutlery, shower had hairs in it l. beds were cheap with a poor mattress. absolutely nothing left in the house do use washing machine, oven, dish washer, etc

The location is great. 5 minutes to walk into the start of the city centre so absolutely ideal (whilst not the most obvious to initially find - we had to watch the videos to find the correct garage but this is provided so no issue).

- the booking process is beyond ridiculous. You have to sign documents, scan ID, separately enter payment details for the stay, then for the deposit. All the while I was getting emails to say info was outstanding. It took about 15 emails/messages back and forth to complete. Beyond madness for a 2 night stay! I’ve never experienced anything like it. - the parking is extremely tight! Really narrow small bays (the cars opposite are close). It was a struggle when we arrived late (as such it was full and everyone had large vehicles so little manoeuvre room - my husband managed but I wouldn’t have been able to in all honesty). - the bed (front room) wasn’t very comfortable. Didn’t try the second as felt the same when sat on it. - no curtains up, just a blind in bedrooms so absolutely bright in the room by 5am which could of course be easily rectified. - the lights in the bedroom flickered so couldn’t be switched on. Lamp also didn’t work. Hole in the wall behind the door. All minor things but overall just felt a lot like cheap grubby university accommodation (all the walls are marked and wasn’t very clean in the kitchen). Based mainly on points 1 and 2 above I wouldn’t stay again, but the location is really good so if you can deal with this then it’s fine for a short stay. The rooms are small, but for 2 people it’s fine.

On arrival I hadn’t received the email with arrival instructions. It is so complex that it necessitates several paragraphs and 3 videos. The postcode takes you to a side of this new complex of buildings which doesn’t allow you to get in. We then made a call (there is no Reception and you have to call the Philippines - literally) and we were told that the email would be sent to another email address. It wasn’t. We eventually got into the apartment after 2 attempts (we had an appointment in between) but unbeknown also given the wrong garage fob. We parked and made our way up with all our stuff (I am waiting a hip replacement so not easy after a 4 hours in the car) to flat 14 not realising we were in the wrong block because of the wrong garage. When we tried to put the key in the door the man who lived there was unhappy to say the least. We then traipsed around this warren of a complex and found our block & flat. The flat was immaculately clean and well equipped apart from they didn’t put a sheet on the second bedroom bed for some reason so we had to share a double (we had specifically booked and paid for a two bedroom apartment) the mattress was cheap and uncomfortable. I went to have a bath and a towel had a long coarse black hair on it which then made me worry if the place had had a Covid clean? And another towel had a big hole in it. The shower precariously has no safety mat either of any sort. We then thought to just eat and settle and watch a film but Netflix (which they use as an image on their photos) didn’t work and we weren’t able to make it work at all Then when I brushed my teeth we discovered the basin was leaking and poured water all over the floor. All in all we made approx 9 calls to the Philippines for a 48 hr stay!!! They did eventually sort out the second bedroom so that it could be used and Netflix and the correct garage fob. The leak was left until after our stay.

Very clean, great city centre location, free secure underground parking. Good covid safety.

No cafetiere. Some fixtures poorly finished, and minor damage to wall hadn't been mended prior to my arrival. Not enough power sockets in living area for tv and lamp.
