The location was perfect tram and bus stops right outside. Shops and cafes close by.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable apartment. Free parking and WiFi. Great location with shops and beach a few minutes away. Electric recliner sofas were comfortable and enjoyed watching movies on the DVD player. Kitchen had all facilities except dishwasher. Double fridge freezer with lots of space. Exceptional five star customer service.

Front door lock was faulty kept getting jammed. However staff were aware of the issue and were helpful. I have no grumbles as the apartment was perfect.

We met the owner on arrival and collected the keys. We were introduced to the room and then were left to explore the apartment and felt at home immediately. The layout, quality and maintenance of the apartment was excellent. The location fab - trams and buses nearby but it was nice to walk along the seafront too. We felt secure and it was cosy and quiet inside the apartment. We look forward to our next visit. Thank you :)

it was clean when we were arrived. cosy and comfortable.

there wasn’t any one there to greets us when we arrived. no handbook or welcome pack to tell the ins and outs of the place E.G. Wi-Fi password and what to do on arrival and departure.
