Staff friendly and breakfast good, althouh many hotels include breakfast in price.

Insufficient parking if arriving after hours and paying for any parking seemed inappropriate. Air conditioning not well located in room as had bright light to it shining over the beds - why not place it nearer the door and why have a light on it when it is high up anyway?

This place was great. There is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel. It was clean, but it is an older hotel, so keep that in mind. The beds were comfy. They had a little playroom for kids and a tabletop game room. The ad said "go carts." It might have been lost in translation, but they weren't the step on the petal go carts I was expecting. They have petal cars (like a bike). The track they are on is super cute and has nice shaded spots to sit at. Super smooth check in and we only paid 6 Euro for overnight parking. Would highly recommend for people with a family.

The AC unit would shut off by itself. I found myself waking up sweating and having to flip a light switch-like switch to turn it back on several times in the middle of the night. Not a big deal though.

The lady at the reception was very nice and understanding! Bus station right in front of the hotel if you want to use the bus and pay $5 per person at the reception. Pretty big parking space in front of the villa.

Where do I start. The hotel is nothing like the pictures on the website. Very run down building and rooms. Location : The rooms are facing the main road and very noisy. Stairs were filled with slugs and snails and it was very difficult to climb the stairs without stepping on one. Definitely won't recommend this place to anyone

Conveniently located close to Salzburg, public transport bus available right in front of the doorstep, quiet room and a good breakfast makes this hotel a good place to stay for two/three days if you consider doing daytrips and just use the hotel as a place to sleep

The villa itself is past glory, although it has been renovated obviously a couple of years ago. If you read the description on Booking, you expect a villa like styling of the rooms with some Austrian grandeur. At least that's what we assumed based on the considerable price per night per room. It is just not there, so I would say adequate comfort but nothing that deserves the name villa.

Good location. Facilities in the room can be better. Reception was closed before the day ended so it was difficult to get help.

Size of the bathroom - shower space. Furniture in the room.

- Very quiet, quaint setting and location. - Comfortable beds (note that these are only singles) - The exterior of the Villa and Grounds are picturesque.

- Room we were allocated did not match photos/description and has unfortunately been hastily/partially renovated with a strange mix of modern and old worn decor and therefore does not match the expectancy of a 3-star villa nor the other rooms pictured. -The double bed was just two separate single beds pushed together - these do not match up and there is a permanent gap in the middle. - Parking, even though there is plentiful room on the property and it is outside on gravel, costs extra (per night) even for guests. - Main Villa door is permanently unlocked and open to anyone and the building also houses a public massage parlour. - Heating is on a timer (which was not on in the early evening) so as a guest you have no control over room temp. Can be problematic in winter depending on your needs.

Stayed for 2 nights and found the location to be excellent for the price point as it allowed easy bus transportation into the city. The size of the room was good for European standards and allowed enough room for the family of four. The breakfast was good and in line with what you would see at other locations. The parking was fantastic especially when this close to the city as the bus takes only a few minutes to get into the city.

Overall everything was good but the air conditioner in the rooms seems to be programmed to shut off based on time and frequently had to wake up in the middle of the night to turn it back on again.
