This cabin features a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, recently added 500 square feet of living space featuring a family room with a vertical Murphy bed, gas fireplace, large flat-screen TV, coffee bar, and bath with shower. There is a large deck with views of the surrounding landscape and a propane BBQ grill and wood fireplace in the main living space. The cabin is located just a few blocks from Main Street, perched on a hillside in a quiet location. Bed Configuration: Master Bedroom - Queen Bed 2nd Bedroom - Queen Bed 3rd Bedroom - Two Twin Beds Family Room - Murphy Bed. The master bedroom features its own private deck with some of the best views in Ouray! . Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
