House was perfect for our group. Plenty of space for all of us and loved that there were baby items available for us to use! Needed linen for the pull out sofas, but Tracy was very responsive and able to put me in contact with someone to deliver linens. She was very helpful from start to finish with answering questions prior to the trip, during the trip, and helping us try to locate a lost item after we checked out. Thanks Tracy!

We had 11 of us. Ample sleeping arrangements. Well stocked kitchen is an understatement! They have doubles of everything. From the blenders to the coffee makers. The outside needs a power washing, but other than that the property is awesome. And it is literally a 2 minute walk to the beach. Horses and deer everywhere. Great experience to see. Just a heads up if your staying in the main season, bring plenty of ice for your coolers for the beach. Highly recommend!!!😀

We had an amazing time. The house was well maintained and equipped with everything. It was a short walk or drive to the beach. The pool and hot tub was a great asset. If we had any questions Tracy the owner was great to respond in a timely manner. We would definitely stay here again if we returned to Outerbanks . A great time had by all.

We joined in with another family for Spring Break, totaling 7 kids and 4 adults! Ample room for everyone! The house was immaculate and well kept. Very sweet welcome basket on the counter when we arrived. The kitchen has everything you need! (We even found a lemon zester when my daughter wanted to make a pie!) We cooked all of our meals and literally there wasn’t anything that kitchen didn’t have. We enjoyed movie nights, reading in the nook, games of pool, hours in the hot tub, etc. you can take the short walk to the beach or drive over. We opted for walking alot in hopes of seeing more horses, which we saw a lot of! Beach days were a top favorite for the kids. Rainy days we spent in town at Corolla or Duck. Communication was so easy! Tracy answered all of our questions prior to our arrival and during our stay. We had a blast!

House was remote and secluded. Broken steps going up to the home. Home was surfaced cleaned but underlying dirty. Chairs on porches rusted and wobbly to sit in. Not enough linens to accommodate all guests as promised. Finally, extra trash bags and some food was left in fridge and vrbo/owner/Tracy Z charged my credit card $600. There are many, many more attractive home to consider. I would definitely not recommend this property.

Over the years, we have rented many homes in the OBX. We have never encountered a house as unkept and dirty as this one. Upon arrival, the shape of the home was very neglected and beat up. None of my family wanted to sit on the couches because of the stains. We flipped over cushions, trying to make it better, but some were stained on both sides. Many sheets were stained with what appeared to be bodily fluids and/or mold. There were also marks on the bathroom walls, and we didn't want to begin to imagine what that could have been. There was mold above the dining room table, and the kitchen was filthy. All barstools were sticky. The cabinets/drawers had so many crumbs from previous families. We had to take time to clean everything, as the cleaning crew didn't come again until the next day. Every rug in the house was dirty. Interestingly, the linens for the next family coming after us showed up on the front porch 3-4 days prior to us checking out. So, we came to understand why our linens were so gross, as they probably sat outside for days as well. Many of the outdoor chairs were broken. The grill was so dirty it often flared up, bad enough, we had to extinguish it at least twice. This could easily burn down the house if someone wasn’t watching or didn't know what they were doing. The hot tub water was not clean, very cloudy. Moreover, the primary power source to the hot tub had been chewed through by an animal, which we noticed after my nieces and parents had been in the hot tub. After calling the hot tub guy to clean it, we addressed the cut electrical cord, and he told us to immediately stop using the hot tub (we already had at that point) and that my nieces/parents could have been electrocuted. Our shower drain was clogged, which caused water to keep filling up. The maintenance person who came told me that the cleaners are supposed to inform them of any showers that are clogged before guests arrive, which they did not. When I explained to him how it seemed as if no deep cleaning had been done, he said the owner only has the cleaners do a deep clean TWICE A YEAR. I was shocked because you charge quite a lot for cleaning services. After driving from Ohio, we were exhausted and just wanted to relax, but we had to spend the evening of our 1st day cleaning. It was disgusting. I think the most disappointing part, though, was the fact that I called you and left you a voicemail regarding our concerns, and you never called me back.
