Nada a pontuar, apenas uma sugestão, acho interessante em dias em que o hostel não possui alta demanda, ser oferecido opção de late checkout, cobrando algum valor simbólico quando for solicitado por algum cliente. Seria uma situação onde ambos ganhariam.

I have been staying in this hostel continuously for the past two months but the only problem I have is that they keep the air conditioner running from 8pm to 8am and others keep it closed for 12 hours. I request the management no do this so that your customers will be disappointed.
