Situated in Keystone, this attractive condo for $226 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. This newly updated 3-bedroom + HUGE LOFT bedroom, 3-bathroom condo sleeps 10 with 2 master king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a twin-over-full bunk bed with twin trundle below, and large private loft with (2) twin beds plus (1) twin trundle below (8 Beds!). Perfect for 2 families! It features beautiful, panoramic slope views from the private balcony. Enjoy the private indoor hot tub with slope views and watch night skiing from your private hot tub. No car needed - easily walk to shops and restaurants. Everything is close by, Mountain House Base Area lifts are a short 6 minute walk away or only a few minutes via the free shuttle and River Run is just 10 minutes walk down the nature path. Please note that we have a minimum age requirement. To reserve one of our vacation rentals the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older. This property requires a minimum of 2 nights to be reserved. If you reserve less than 2 nights you will be contacted and asked to lengthen your stay or have your reservation cancelled. The entryway features mounted hooks, benches, and several cubbies to store your gear as you come and go throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV, a wood burning fireplace and cozy furniture. The private balcony is just off the living area and offers beautiful, panoramic slope views and overlooks the nearby wetlands. You might spot an elk, or fox while drinking your morning coffee. The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining area comfortably seats 8. The private indoor hot tub is just off the dining area. It features two large windows for panoramic views of the mountains. The first of two full bathrooms is located down the hall and has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. There is a private washer and dryer and laundry detergent has been provided for your convenience. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has a double sink vanity and a shower tub combo. The first guest bedroom also features a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV and en suite bathroom. The third guest bedroom has a twin over double bed with a trundle twin bed. Both guest bathrooms have a single sink vanity and a walk-in showers, and enjoy the steam shower adjacent to the hot tub. Upstairs is a large loft area with (3) twin beds. NO SMOKING of any kind is allowed in the unit, balcony or common areas. This is a smoke free building and complex. There is a $300 fine for smoking. This vacation rental offers two parking spaces in a open parking lot. (For additional sleeping options, air mattresses are available upon request for a small fee.) The unit was very nice, lots of space for the 9 people in our group. Great view of the mountain, easy to walk to the lift at Keystone.The hot tub was not hot the entire time we were there, however. It was more of a bath temperature, and at times, even a cool bath. We contacted management and they came twice to work on it, both times very friendly and worked hard on getting it warmer, but we ultimately barely used it.We also expected wood to be in our condo for our woodburning fireplace since we saw ample wood in the pictures, but after calling about that, we were told we needed to purchase our own at a local gas station. We enjoyed our time in Keystone and the surrounding ski hills, the location of the condo was great and the scenery was excellent.

Our family of 7 stayed comfortably and had everything we needed. It was before ski season, so it was quiet and restful. It was well stocked and comfortable. The box fans and humidifiers were nice to have on hand. The indoor hot tub was a nice feature. We cooked almost every meal there, and the provisions were great. We really enjoyed the location and the setup. Thanks for hosting a great visit!

Great unit and location, plenty of space for our party of nine. Loved the boot-up entryway, the wood-stocked fireplace, and the heated bathroom floors. The hot tub should have been a treat, but it had trouble heating, and we could only use it 2/4 days we were there. The kitchen was well stocked, but the dishwasher wasn't very effective. We wound up having to hand wash all our dishes. We had a bit of a frustrating arrival, as the lockbox didn't work. Overall a nice unit, but I wish there had been a little more responsiveness to our maintenance issues.

This property worked out perfect for our two families. We have 2 adults and 3 young girls; friend’s family has 2 adults and 2 young kids. Plenty of space, beautiful views, and great location near to the slopes. Definitely would recommend staying here!

This was a great rental on the top floor which provided vaulted ceilings and excellent views of the slopes. The maintenance for this unit was unsatisfactory. Hot tub didn’t work. The kitchen faucet was completely disconnected and the coffee maker was broken (a crisis in our home). If management paid a little more attention to details it could have been a perfect place. Also, don’t consider walking in ski boots to the lift. Too far.

We have stayed in this general condo for four years and upgraded to this specific unit for the extra space. It was well worth it to have the extra space the loft provided for the teenagers. The home is very comfortable and having two masters was awesome for our family and the other family traveling with us. The only thing I would like to see increased is the kitchen supplies. For a home that fits 10 people it felt limited at times when we were trying to cook big family meals. It's about a 10 minute walk to Mountain House which we have done for years and 15 or so to River Run. Overall, I love this place for the views alone and the space was great, well kept and just what we needed. We will definitely be staying here again!

Your condo home was lovely and very comfortable. It was also very well cleaned, except for the hot tub. I expected clean water in the tub, as promised prior to our arrival. However, the water was disgustingly filthy. I don’t know where the breakdown in communication was, but obviously the water was not changed prior to our arrival as promised. I wish I could give your beautiful condo a 5 in my review, but sadly, I cannot.

Comfortable property for whole family
The property, view and neighborhood were 5-☆. We did however have a couple of issues. First, it took 2-days to get the master bedroom cable issue resolved. Secondly, the hot tub maintenance guys came into the unit, while my entire family was taking an afternoon nap (after a strenuous morning). They startled my mom, when she heard them talking in the other room, she got up to check and found them at the hot tub, just outside my daughters room. In my opinion, any maintenance needs to be reviewed with the paying tenant.

Location is great. Unit is on the 4th Floor but with an elevator. We had major issues with the refrigerator and the replacement fridge died as well. The company was quick to respond and bring a new one. The hot tub was awesome and the place spotless.

The condo was more than we were expecting (and we’ve traveled quite a bit). It was very clean and spacious with breathtaking views. The beds were comfortable and kitchen had every amenity that we needed to cook with. The management company gave clear instructions for checking in/out, recommendations on rentals/restaurants/etc while there, and texted to checkin and see if we had any issues (we did not). We will definitely stay here in the future and with this company!

Maintinece staff was very courteous. With many places closed for season in Keystone, there were still plenty of places to eat, get supplies and have an adult beverage just a few walking steps away. Much wildlife to view right off the front porch. Would stay again.
