This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is centrally located in Granby giving you easy access to Winter Park and the west entrance to the Rocky Mountain National Park. There will be plenty of space to unwind in privacy with two bedrooms; there's a queen in the main bedroom and a futon in the second bedroom. Worried about entertainment during your stay? This charming mountain escapade features nothing but free WiFi throughout the home and two flatscreen TVs–a 34-inch TV with a DVD player in the living room and a 25-inch TV in the main bedroom. Chilly nights won't bother you thanks to the gas fireplace available. Coming back from the slopes? Soak your tiredness away in the community hot tub–your muscles will be endlessly thankful. The Lodge at Ten Mile offers easy access to many Rocky Mountain vacation attractions, such as skiing, biking, fishing, and golfing. All within a half hour or less drive are Rocky Mountain National Park, three area lakes, four golf courses, Winter Park Resort, Hot Sulphur Springs, and miles of hiking and biking trails. Things to know: The Lodge at Ten Mile community hot tub is closed until further notice due to increased safety protocols surrounding COVID-19. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Check in was easy. The place was clean and nice. The beds were so bad we didn't stay the last night we paid for.

The communication back from Vacasa was awful. I called about two problems. First about the air-conditioning not working, was told I would get a call back about getting it fixed, no callback. I finally called them back. I was told there was a note on the file that there was NO air. I asked, ‘why didn’t anyone call me back. I suggested that the list of amenities shouldn’t just not list air it should specifically state that there was no air. Later I checked the listing, and that change was made. Second, I called to report that the washer wasn’t working. Again, I was told I would get a call back that day to get it fixed, again NO call back. I don’t feel like I would ever book a visit to any Vacasa listing again this is unacceptable customer service. I challenge you to tell me that you would find it acceptable if it were you being treated this way. This was to be a special trip. It was the first time the four of us brothers had all been together in almost seven years.

You can’t say the unit has a washer and dryer if they don’t actually work. Spent two of my four days doing laundry at the laundromat instead of being able to my laundry at the unit when I was planning on being there.

nice location, fully stocked kitchen, great communication, only complaint is the check in process - you have to go way past the actual condo to check in and get keys and then same to check out - not the end of the world but wasn't expecting it

Cozy getaway just a couple min down the hill from Granby Ranch ski area, and 15 min down the road from Winter Park. We slept 4 very comfortably in the 2 bedrooms. We enjoyed the gas fireplace and good supply of cooking utensils.

Great for family, good value
The pros: The condo was nice and clean (except one thing, listed in the "cons"), and the furniture was comfortable. Plenty of space for two couples and a child, and we used the kitchen to cook every night. Plenty of towels and linens. No view, but it was a good value. The management office was staffed by a friendly woman who was helpful.
The cons: Parking was hit or miss -- not a lot of spaces for the number of condos in the complex. The wifi information was not listed on the app, but on the second day, we found a piece of paper in a kitchen drawer. The dishwasher didn't seem to work well, as many of the dishes in the cabinet needed to be washed before we could use them. No A/C (which is fine), but we couldn't even get the fan to run to circulate the air. The carpet was kind of dirty and stained; would recommend hard floors throughout the eating and living space for cleanliness and easy clean-up.

It is a great location. It is close to all the attractions in the area we had a great stay .Beds were very comfortable. We had everything you need to stay at a place. I will recommend this place to any body who wants to visit rocky Mountain
