Located on the waters edge of the Stunning Lake Austin! With views of the Penny Backer bridge from the comfort of your private pool, find all the best Austin has to offer in comfort and style. The home has a very open floor plan. Enjoy our luxurious new living room and watch the game or get cozy on the couch and play some board games. The pool, patio, and outdoor eating area are perfect places to spend a wonderful afternoon. Come enjoy our home where you can cook in a fully stocked beautiful kitchen. There is also a wine cellar in the home so you can bring and enjoy your own beverages in style. This house has so many amenities and perks. We have a private indoor hot tub/spa to relax after a long week. Enjoy the privacy of a gated complex with tons of amenities, restaurants, and attractions minutes away. Check out downtown Austin, play a few holes at the Austin Country Club. We are always here to help make your stay incredible, please let us know if there is anything you need while at our home!. Electronic key access. 24hr check in. During your stay, you’ll have complete and exclusive access to the home. Parking is available in the driveway and the attached 2 car garage. I am always here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I'm only a phone call or message away! You will be able to self-check in upon arrival. A stunning and Private gated Oasis! Waterfront property is perfect for water sports in a neighborhood that is great for jogging or taking an evening stroll. The home is in a friendly, gated and peaceful neighborhood. Enjoy a stroll to the iconic Penny Backer bridge, or rent a boat and space in the marina and Boat the day away on Lake Austin! Catch a movie at Alamo Drafthouse, go for a relaxing walk through the gorgeous parks nearby, biking distance to some of the most iconic hillside scenery of Austin! Walk downstairs and find the lake outside your back door. Bike the nearby trails and enjoy the views of the Penny backer bridge and Lake Austin's unrivaled natural beauty! The house sleeps 12, and includes 5 bedrooms and 6 beds (1 king, 3 queens, and 2 singles). Any events or gatherings held at the property MUST be pre-approved in advance. Any event or potentially damaging use of the front lawn must lay down professionally-installed lawn protection over the entire yard before using the lawn for any parties or gatherings. Any guest agrees to pay for any and all damages to the house, lawn and yard (regardless of cost) in exchange for the use of the property. You also agree that there is no normal 'wear and tear' included in the rental of the property, and agree to pay for any damages or wear to property, the premises or furniture incurred during your rental. There are also no ‘drinking games’ allowed at any time. You also agree to pay a $1500 fee if any evidence of smoking on the property is found after your rental. Any violation of any of these rules or agreements made between the host and guest in writing or orally will result in a minimum of a $2,500 damage charge being incurred, in the case that actual damages cannot be calculated. We have some basic property rules. Booking the house inherently implies that you have read and agree to abide by these. - No outdoor noise after 10pm - Quiet Hours are 10pm-8am - No eating in beds. - No smoking inside. - No underage drinking + No drugs - No candles - No Events without Pre-Approval - Do not rearrange or move any furniture. You will be charged if furniture is not where it was when you checked in.
