Linens and supplies: This home comes with everything you need! All bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen. A few essential items are provided upon arrival: Dawn dishwashing soap, one sponge, two dishwasher pods, one garbage bag, one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, two individual/small bars of soap per bathroom, one laundry powder and one fabric softener.
Beach gear and recreation equipment: Some of our properties typically have beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc.) on site. However, there is no guarantee as these items tend to come and go throughout the year.
Age requirement: Minimum age limit to rent this home is 25 years old.
Credit card fee: All payments are subject to a 3.25% credit card processing fee. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.
Rental agreement: A signed rental agreement is required upon booking.
Monthly rentals: SNOWBIRDS WELCOME! Monthly rental rates are available during the winter season, November through early March. Please contact Sunshine Vacation Rentals if you are interested.
Cancellation policy: We strongly encourage our guests to purchase the optional travel insurance to protect your vacation investment. All reservations include an administrative fee of $35 (plus taxes) upon booking which is non-refundable in the event of a reservation cancellation. Credit cards processing fees will be charged upon cancellation which is equal to 3.25% of all payments made.
Reservations canceled at least 60 days before check-in date will receive a 100% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled between 30 to 60 days before check-in date will receive a 50% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled less than 30 days before check-in date will result in forfeiture of the full advance rental payments and any other payments.

My husband and I stayed at The Good Stuff for our first visit to Cape San Blas, and definitely plan to come back! The house is beautifully decorated with cute art and furniture, and so cozy. We did have a couple of days of rain, so we loved having a beautiful home to cozy up in and read. The kitchen is well stocked, our beds were very comfy, and the home was very clean. The location to the beach is great! Just a 2-3 min walk and you are on the boardwalk, which is situated next to the pool. We saw sooo much nature walking the beaches! And so many shells. It was therapeutic every morning to go on beach walks and listen to the ocean/watch the dolphins. We would come back from our walks and enjoy our morning coffee relaxing on the front porch. We can’t wait to come back. The Good Stuff is a gem… enjoy your stay!

We have rented many homes at Cale San Blas and this was by far the best. It was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with very nice appliances, cookware and utensils. We really enjoyed the neighborhood, the pool and the wide expanse of beach available for long walks.

Absolutely loved the location and the community. A bit of a walk to the beach worth noting, but not an issue for us. We used the provided beach cart to cart our items down the boardwalk. Kitchen well equipped with items needed for cooking and prepping meals. Pool was a nice stop each day after the beach especially since it was heated. Some of the beach items provided were rusty and worn, but still functional. We ended up renting bikes as the ones at the house were rusty and needed some maintenance. This was a beautiful home, clean and a wonderful place to relax!

The home was very nice except for the AC not working well in one of the bedrooms and very limited supply of hot water. We choose this location for the proximity to the beach. The ocean was brown and like river water our entire stay. It was not anything any of us wanted to get in. We were used to the beautiful waters of 30A and Destin. We were so disappointed. It was nice to escape the crowds, but we would have chosen the crowded, pretty ocean and sand over this location had we known. I am sure water can change here but I don’t think it’s work the risk. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. I hope you have clear waters all the weeks to come. I think it seems susceptible to the brown water. We have never seen anything this bad in all our many years at the ocean in the Destin area. I wish I had been warned in a review. If it does happen to you, you can drive down to the state park. The water was clear there and the sand much prettier.
