The Space: The HOT TUB, 2 FIRE PITS, pool table, air hockey, foosball table, shuffleboard, and arcade game offer something fun for everyone!! Guest Access: The whole home is all yours for you and your guests! You will also have access to all the neighborhood community amenities including the indoor pool, the outdoor pool, the playground, and the walking trail down to a little cove of Table Rock Lake! The Neighborhood: The well thought out neighborhood also provides endless opportunities for memories to be made! Just a few houses down is the INDOOR POOL complete with a sauna for the adults, umbrella fountains for the kids, and large glass garage doors that can open up with more views of Table Rock Lake for everyone! Out the front door of the house and up an outdoor staircase is the zero-entry OUTDOOR POOL where there are more umbrella fountains to enjoy, lots of lounge seating, more views of Table Rock Lake, AND the neighborhood PLAYGROUND for all the little ones!!
