Staff, gym, breakfast, and location. The personnel was so kind to sent me my AirPods I accidentally forgot at the reception.

The rooms were clean (although a little bit dated), the location is very close to the town center, beds were comfy (adjustable hardness), very good breakfast with many choices.
First we got a room that was facing the street, which was noisy, but after asking the reception we got room facing the parking lot which was very calm.

Location is perfect. Room clean
No one asked us if I want an extra bed for a kid. They just put that bed in a small room and it was annoying because my kid sleeping with us. I have asked for big bed but got two and it was very difficult to slept two days with kid when the beds kept separating in the middle.
