Just 1.5 blocks from the beach, Morey's Pier and a short walk to the convention center location is ideal!. Villa de Viggiano apt #4 is a spacious 2nd level cottage with a outdoor seating to enjoy morning coffee or a good book in the sun. Ground level fenced outdoor eating area with tables and 2 grills is available for use by all of the cottage renters and a perfect spot for family gathering and outdoor dining. Off street parking is available for the convenience of loading and unloading only. Inside has hardwood floors, comfortable furniture, fully stocked kitchen and seating for indoor dining as well. Plenty of room to stretch out and relax in airconditioned comfort, using free wi-fi and smart TV. 2 bedrooms include full size bed and 2 twins. Living room chairs pull out to twin futon, offering plenty of room for 6.. You can rent this wonderful cottage alone or rent all 4 units to make the perfect spot for a family reunion. For protection of our guests there is a video monitor aimed away from the building which views the base of the plaza stairways.

Disappointed I didn’t find this rental years ago. If you want to book a trip with multiple friends or families this is a great choice. The owner has multiple listings of 4 different rentals numbered 1-4. I rented for my sisters and parents for their Labor weekend stay and I stayed at another Unit there. Unfortunately other members of my family couldn’t make it we could have had the whole property and used the outdoor patio that was available. It is a really great set up for a nice cook out and area to relax and spend quality time with people you know. Although I didn’t use it due to 2 other families renting I can envision a great bonding area for people. I look forward to next year as I am trying to find dates that would work for my extended family to come back. As far as location I think it’s great. Got two easy blocks to walk to the boardwalk. Quiet neighborhood and just far enough to not hear all the noise of the sounds of the boardwalk that might keep you up when you’re sleeping.

The place is clean and cozy. It has enough space for 4 comfortably. However, I would not recommend it for more than that. It is an easy walk to the boardwalk and all of the activities on the beach. It is also an easy walk to some restaurants.

Property was clean and cozy. It was suitable for our weekend stay. The property owners communicated well. The outdoor seating was nice for the evenings. We would stay again because its cheaper than a hotel and very close to the convention center

Clean and comfortable. Close to beach, places to eat and a family dollar. I would suggest fixing the glass door on the deck as it doesnt close properly. Other than that, it's a nice clean place. This was our second time staying there.

2nd stay at this property. Only downfall is no parking but the rental price reflects that it is clean updated units. The place works well for a few nights down the shore. You are only suppose to use driveway for loading and unloading. No person at property to oversee that and other renters just left their car parked in driveway entire stay. I’m a rule follower hate when others don’t follow rules. Had a good trip would rent here again

We stayed 2 nights. I’m glad I saw other comments about kitchen faucet with backwards hot/cold. Biggest complaint would be the shower since I could not figure out how to get warm (not very hot) water and water pressure at the same time. Maybe there was a trick to it that I didn’t know. Also could be a larger TV but that’s personal preference. Overall nice accommodation for a couple nights.

The place didn’t have any hooks in the bathroom even one to be able to hang the towels, inner side of shower nob was black, accumulated dirt inside, absolutely no wall coat hanger rack, the bedroom closets need at list 10 to 15 coat hangers. Overall I give 2.75 with just little update the rating can easily go up.

I took pictures…But there were spots on the walls that said wash with pink and circle and the worst part was the shower, it wasn’t cleaned. It looked like no one came and cleaned in between stays.

Cute little apartment! Worked out great and being able to check in early per request made the trip so much easier getting ready for a wedding! Saved us having to travel in our dress clothes. Thanks again!

Location is about as close you can get to the boardwalk/beach and central to many great places to eat The property itself is exactly as advertised, just remember to bring your own linens/towels! The hosts are easy to contact and reply quickly Overall we'll definitely look to book here again when we want to go to Wildwood!

This was a great location for a small group wanting to be near the beach. The space was clean and the high ceilings made the it feel bigger even bigger then it was. I would highly recommend for a small group of folks wanting to be close to the town center and the beach. My only critique was that check in was at 4pm however the space was not ready until 430pm.

A few friends and I stayed at this property for a quick getaway and found it cute, clean, and easily accessible to all of the wildwood fun! Frank was communicative with any questions we had prior to our stay and check-in / check-out were a breeze. Would stay again.

I definitely would stay again. The place was clean and convenient to beach and boardwalk. Everything was in walking distance. The only thing I had an issue with was finding a parking spot but other than that we had a good time.

We booked this for our family. 5 of us went (2 adults, 19, 15 and 12 yr olds). The "queen" bed is really a full sized bed and a bit short (especially if you are over 6ft tall). My only complaint and it was more of "we needed more info" is that the hot and cold water in the kitchen are reversed. We called the property manager because we thought we had no hot water in the kitchen. My other two suggestions are to install an exhaust fan in the bathroom and fix the deck railing (quickly). It is loose and someone could fall. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would probably stay again. This owner appears to have 4 units. I would suggest advertising all 4 because if the others are larger, we would have rented the larger one.

The location could not have been better. Close to the boardwalk and the beach. In the heart of many attractions including Morey’s Pier. Although it stated could sleep 6, the double bed was a little too small for comfort for an average size couple. Except for dust from the air ducts, which caused allergies to flare up,everything else was clean and very attractive. The ability to have many wall outlets was a plus. Thankful for the hot water both in the bathroom and In the kitchen. The furniture was neatly and tastefully arranged and it was easy to be comfortable with the air conditioner and heater. Overall it was a great stay and would recommend this property to family and friends as well as returning again ourselves. Thank You for sharing your property with us. Sincerely, A happy renter

Place was so cozy and impeccable. Owners did an incredible job of keeping place clean. Best part was it was only a few blocks from the boardwalk and beach. There were restaurants everywhere. My son and mom had a great time!
