About this house rental
3 bedroom Completely renovated lake home on Conesus lake , with newly added front deck with beautiful views of lake. This 2 bedroom house with sleeping den has all you need to enjoy some lake time. Campfires and s’mores with our fire pit in the large back yard with plenty of decking is a perfect way to spend your nights here. Also enjoy our newly added bar area in back yard as a added benefit that many renters have enjoyed. Beautiful views of the lake off the newly added large front deck. This home has 2 bedrooms with a den, 1.5 baths. The house is across the street from the lake with Private dock, swimming , small beach and sitting area on lakeside. Can sleep up to 8 people. Master bed room has a king mattress on first floor and 2 Sleeper sofas in living room next to master bedroom on first floor. Second bedroom is on bottom level of home and has bunk beds which has a twin and queen size bed , 1/2 bath and den is also on second bottom level and has twin bunk beds which can only sleep small children. Property is also with in 35 minutes to Bristol ski and Swain ski .

We enjoyed a wonderful 5 night stay tied to our youngest nieces wedding at Oak Knolls farm in Caledonia NY
Our hostess Trisha met us at the house and covered all details. The house is perfect for family gatherings. A covered large porch above the garage was wonderful considering a pretty rainy stay. Two dining tables and comfortable seating area allowed us to relax and enjoy the Conesus Lake view.
The back if the house has a large deck and tiered backyard with another dining and grill area and a handy small covered bar
The house is completely modernized and fully equipped with just about anything you’d need
Attractive decor, 2 living room areas and large dining area with sliders to deck.
It was perfect for our family stay in the area. Hostess was helpful and offered to be available for any questions or issues- fortunately we did not have to disturb her! We look forward to going back

We enjoyed our week at the cottage. Loved both the front deck and the back yard. House was very nice and clean and fully stocked. Space worked out great for us with 3 teenagers who sometimes need their separate space😉.

We enjoyed the access to the water for kayaking, the many gathering and dining spaces (deck, kitchen, dining roon, rear patio), the fire pit and seating at the lake shore, and the games, books, videos and action figures to occupy kids on a rainy day.
The beds were comfortable.
The inside stairs to the lower level are quite steep: take care.
The cleaning requirements for linens and surfaces are thorough so we were careful to leave enough time for that before departure.
We were a family of three generations and we all had a great time there.

The house was a perfect vacation right at the lake. House has everything you need and great outdoor spaces. The steps to downstairs are a little rough but the sleeping spaces are good for kids.

Great Views
The new deck was a bonus. Great view with great neighbors. The back yard area was great for entertaining.

The fire flies were a special treat. Being across the street from the lake was much quieter then the waterfront properties. And the neighbors were very nice. We drove all the way from Texas and we would stay here again.

Love this quiet locatin
We had a great time. Kids rooms in the basement gave us some nice adult time. Yard and patios are awesome. We picked blackberries and strawberries in the backyard. The fire flies were a special treat. Being across the street from the lake was much quieter then the waterfront properties. And the neighbors were very nice. We drove all the way from Texas and we would stay here again.

We were able to comfortably host a barbecue for a couple more friends in the entertainment friendly back yard. Although not directly on the lake , the dock across the street was perfect for watching the sunset. We come to the Lake every year and would stay here again anytime.
