In town visiting son at Wake Forest. Condo was clean and met our needs for the weekend. Loved the extra cozy blankets! Easy and clear communication for entrance, very quick response from owner for all inquiries.

The condo was magnificent to say the least. I actually misplaced the keys in my car and could not find them…. The host got out of bed and delivered the spare keys with no hesitation… this is my go to booking in this area for sure.

This is our second time renting here and it is wonderful. Mesmerizing decorations, spotless clean and everything high end and stocked. Plush towels, selection of Kerrigan pods, dishes and pans all match and appear brand new. If you are visiting a student at HPU, this is super convenient.

Kayla was very attentive and her condo was so clean and welcoming. We were in High Point for a baseball tournament and the location was perfect. The snacks and coffee bar were a bonus. He had no issues with anything! If we are back in the area, we will definitely look to stay there again. Definitely 5 stars!

COULDNT SAY ENOUGH GREAT THINGS ABOUT THIS PLACE! VERY CLEAN. ROOMY. EVERYTHING YOU NEEDED WAS RIGHT THERE. GREAT LOCATION. DEF WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN!! I NEEDED TO EXTEND MY STAY TIME A LITTLE LONGER AND THEY WORKED WITH MY SCHEUDLE TO MAKE THAT HAPPEN.

A co-worker & I were in High Point for work. This rental was very clean, quiet. Wonderfully decorated. Comfortable beds!!! Snacks, K-cups, laundry soap - lots of nice touches for a homey stay! Kayla was quick to respond & good communication. Definitely will stay here again!

Went crazy trying to look for a good hotel or property to stay and I came across this amazing property! Highly recommend to anyone staying in the area, property manager is attentive, communicates right away and is overall a phenomenal person! We stayed at this property for my sister in laws wedding at The Finch House. This was the PERFECT property for us! Super short drive to so many things and very nice inside. The design is welcoming and the amenities are just perfect! We had the best weekend! Thank you thank you!!

Great place for HPU parents to stay. Loved the Amazon prime hook up. The only short falls was No clocks in the residence and not enough table space in bedrooms and not enough trash bags to empty the trash on a daily basis. But overall great STAY!!!

The place is a beauty. It was beautifully decorated and furniture was comfortable and quite useable. The beds were very comfortable. It was very clean and they thought of everything, including snacks. It is close to Winston Salem and Greensboro. You will be happy here!

It was like a 5-star hotel experience! Parking was very convenient, as was the ease of access to the house. The furnishings were modern and tasteful, and the cleanliness was immaculate. The bed was beyond comfortable (my hubby has continued to talk about this bed and wanted to know where the mattress came from!). Overall, the small touches and attention to details made this house feel like a home away from home. Kayla was an exceptional hostess, and communication with her was exemplary. She was quite gracious! We highly recommend Kayla’s property and would love to return to it on a future visit to High Point. Many Blessings!
