One of worst hotel

Nothing

No food facility, no parking facility, they won't provide drinking water online it's showing 2km from temple but it's 5km from temple .the hotel location is very slum area .

stay was ok. night duty receptionist was very helpful.

No one provides details unless asked, also reception during afternoon hours not welcoming.. no one came to take the luggage to room..

Clean and secure place

Extension of room not properly handled by front desk, they promise something when calling after reaching asking for extra day cost for 6 hours There will be no invoice for that and we have to pay to there paytm

Won’t like to stay here next time.

1. No restaurant available. Had to use near by restaurants or Zomato for food. So breakfast was an issue. 2. Water heater and cups provided were not clean. 3. They provided lower accommodation. Fridge was not provided and TV set top box not not charged. On complaining they provided actual accommodation which was booked. 4. Gave payment receipt only when we insisted for it.

The room is super clean and the bed is very comfortable with clean sheets. The room doors and floor are nice with a wooden finish. The staff seem helpful. The location is quite close to all the retail sellers in a prime area of the city.

There are no sockets next to bed to charge your devices; there are two only unused sockets in the room away from the bed. Also, the sockets are old school (round pins only). The fan speed levels are mixed up. The TV mostly does not work. Hot water is not available and I get the impression that they knew it even before I arrived and chose to not to inform the customer ahead of time. They tried to arrange it from elsewhere but it took more than an hour after I asked for it; this delay happened on both days I stayed in the AM time when they know people would like to take a shower. Although the staff tried be helpful, they do not seem very competent. The key fob to enter the room did not work a few times. At one point, even their master key did not work. It is possible the particular room I stayed is the problem. Maybe other rooms are okay. However, I was not offered a different room (I also did not ask for it because I was only gonna be there for two days); so I don't know one way or other. This hotel looks really elegant with high quality build and can be a major profitable player in the crowded Besant road area. However, it appears, this has been managed in a poor way till now. There are other properties that charge a similar tariff that do not have these issues from my recent experiences in the city. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and fix their issues.
