This was a great place. It’s outside the Brandon city limits but 5 minutes away from The Landing. No crazy traffic to deal with, quiet environment with a dirt word and farm as our balcony view. I will say the neighbors above us were very loud (not sure if they are there all the time or not).

The property was great close to the landing very clean. But the owner of the property was a little to talkative. I received A text every single day two days prior to my check in day. And was in touch with this owner everyday during my stay. Kinda odd and annoying I would of liked to just spent time with my family instead of worrying about responding to his/her text. And if you didn’t respond they would make it clear in a second text that you didn’t respond.

This property is conveniently located to many activities and grocery stores. The gated community makes it feel safe and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The owner of the property was amazing and provided fast and efficient communication pertaining to our stay. Would definitely recommend!

Condo was clean, well stocked, 5 minutes drive to Historic Downtown Branson and maybe another 5 to the strip, excellent communication with the owner, and there's a very nice grocery store 2 minutes away. Area was gated, very quiet and good for morning walks. Would definitely stay here again.

What a beautiful place to stay! It was close enough to Branson to quickly get to our events--but far enough away that we felt isolated from traffic and noise. I brought my two teens and a 9 year old and we had a great time here. Very clean and comfortable. Our owner was so easy to talk to and very friendly and helpful. Would love to return soon!
