Situated in Brevard, this lovely condo for $99 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Chandler’s Chateau has a contemporary feel tucked away in Brevard NC, also known as Land of the waterfalls, with lots of new upgrades throughout. You have a private entrance. We have a 50in smart tv located in living room with wi-fi connectivity. Both bedrooms have queen size beds, chairs for relaxing while enjoying peace and quite during your stay! There is also a queen size air-mattress with linens for more quests. The kitchen is equipped with all your cooking essentials. We also have coffee and tea to start your morning off right!The chalet is kid friendly! Full bathroom with shower and tub including all toiletries. Notes: We are a 10 minute walk to downtown Brevard , enjoy the peace and quiet of the mountains with everything our small town has to offer. Including Brevard Music Center, Oskar Blues Brewery and the elusive white squirrels. We are located 2 miles from Pisgah National Forest, 13 miles from Dupont State Forest and 20 miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway. We are also 20 minute drive to Hendersonville, and 30 minute drive to Asheville to visit the great Biltmore Estate. Such a nice peaceful getaway. We look forward to your upcoming stay!

This was our second stay at Monika’s chateau. She is great to work with and makes the whole rental process easy and stress free. It’s a convenient location in town—whether driving or walking downtown. There’s plenty of space for parking and even walking your dog right on the property. It’s very clean and has all the amenities you need for a weekend getaway.

We were a short walk away to King St our destination for music venue and great breakfast. The apartment was updated nicely and an excellent spot for a night away from home with family. We also appreciated the coffee and wine provided for us.

Stayed for a mountain biking trip, had a hose to wash the bikes off. No complaints, as advertised would use it again.

I love having the cozy house feel. However, the feels are really, high high for one person for one night. With that being said, my daughter and I would love to stay there again. It was nice making breakfast and dinner and being down the street from the college on morning of move in day!

This was our first trip back to the Music Festival. This place was a perfect location. It is small but well kept and well managed. Monika was very helpful and responsive. The beds were super comfortable, and neighborhood was perfect for walks with the dog. We plan on returning again next year!! Thanks so much!!

Small, but well-appointed
Nice place, conveniently located. Not a lot of room in the bedrooms, but the beds are comfy. The owner is incredibly responsive. The unit is part of a triplex, but we never heard anyone else. Plenty of parking. We enjoyed our stay very much.

A Contemporary Charmer
You won’t be disappointed if looking for a cozy, clean, well-appointed apartment/duplex perfectly located in downtown Brevard. Close to everything, yet quiet and in a lovely neighborhood. Monika responds quickly to inquiries and is very accommodating. We look forward to staying here in the future.

My boyfriend and my dog and I stayed in Brevard to scope out the area as a possible retirement location. The apartment was newly renovated and very clean and was just the right size for us. There were a lot of "extras" provided (some toiletries, dish soap, laundry soap, plastic containers, etc.) that made things very convenient. The beds were very comfortable. There is a great breakfast place in walking distance as well as a nice running/walking/biking path. I ran around the neighborhood and felt very safe. The downtown area is just a quick car ride to other restaurants and the grocery store. We went hiking in the Dupont Forest and the Pisgah National Forest, which were a short drive away. We checked out Blowing Rock and Boone and Banner Elk to see what the surrounding area had to offer. The apartment was a great central location for all of our exploring!
