Walk, Bike and Explore Galore! This lovely cottage is centrally located and within walking distance to all that Brevard has to offer. Brevard City Bike Path will lead you to the nearby Lumberyard District for dining, breweries, shopping and live music (10-minute walk) or downtown to the charming City of Brevard, with numerous shopping and dining options (less than 20-minute walk). Close to Brevard College, too! Spend the day hiking to waterfalls in Dupont State Forest (less than 20 minute drive) or exploring Asheville and the Biltmore Estate (less than 45 minute drive). Come back after your adventures and enjoy this cozy, well-appointed cottage with its large yard, nice trees, and excellent location. Why this cottage? - Walking/riding distance to so many options! - Local restaurants, breweries and Wine Down Brevard. - Walking to Morning Social for coffee and a locally sourced, scratch breakfast. - Walking to Noblebräu Brewing at 185 King St. and catching some live music. - Walking to a movie at the downtown classic single screen theater. - Oskar Blues Brewery, the Hub and Ecusta Brewing Company. You will also find the Ingles grocery store and Starbucks Coffee conveniently located 3 minutes away by car or about an 8 minute walk! Also, there are two bike stands for indoor bike storage. The stands hold 20 mm road tires up to 2.25 in. wide and mountain bike tire sizes 20–29 in. Note that this property has an active security camera located outside at the front entrance of the house which monitors the front porch, front walkways and the driveway and road access. The camera records both video and audio.

Loved the Bike and Hike House, I was in town for the weekend teaching at Bevard College. The place was perfect super clean great location. I cooked all three nights and the house had everything i needed. Check in process was seamless and host communication was great.

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights. The house is very cute and has a charming vibe to it. It was very clean when we arrived. The proximity to downtown Brevard and Pisgah National Forest is ideal. We are bookmarking this spot for another visit. 5/5 stars

Super nice little place perfect for a get away weekend with a girlfriend. Great location, close to hiking and to the town of Brevard. Bed in master was comfortable, but the twin bed was pretty firm. Kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit and grill. We would have loved to have had a dishwasher, but for the two of us, we managed fine. The owners were responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

A nicely and tastefully newly remodeled interior. Attention to detail and thoughtfully furnished sums up this home. We have stayed at many VRBO's and AirB&B"s and this one is among the best. We would definitely stay here again.

Hi Travis, we really enjoyed the place. It was just as advertised. We found it very clean, looked just like the pictures, plenty of room for us. The beds were comfortable. Loved the big kitchen/eating area. Played lots of late night music and cards at that table after enjoying the meals we made. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, plates, cups and silverware. Maybe only drawback was no dishwasher, but we kept up just fine. The welcome guide was helpful and we were able to trek out and enjoy the local trails. Also hit the Brevard Diner for an excellent breakfast. Everyone we met was super nice. Oh and the trip to the grocery/ABC store couldn't have been easier, maybe too easy ; _) Well hope to rent again next year.

We spent three nights at the Brevard Bike and Hike Retreat. It was the perfect location to access hiking and climbing in the Pisgah National Forest and restaurants and shops in Brevard. We had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and it was nicely decorated.

The rental in Brevard was perfect for my wife and I as one of our stops on a 2 week road trip. This bungalow was very convenient to downtown, restaurants, breweries, and the Pisgah National Forest. Location is great. This older home has been totally renovated with modern bath and kitchen. It was very neat and comfortable. Two bedrooms. Nice kitchen and living room. We would stay again if in Brevard. Recommended.

I really loved this place. Everything was new and super clean. I loved the the decor, it brings a cozy vibe. All the kitchen appliances and supplies were new and had everything we needed. The location is perfect. Super close to many restaurants and grocery store. I’m very satisfied with our time there.

Great place to experience all Brevard no matter what your agenda. We were there for a Porshe event and were able to walk to the venue on the nearby Greenway path. Our alternate agenda was to hunt down some waterfalls, which are abundant in this area. The house was great to come home to after a fun filled day out and about. Totally renovated, all new and clean. Big kitchen if you want to stay in and comfy seating with tv. Will definitely book this again!

We chose to stay here for an anniversary weekend. Everything about our experience was great! House is super clean, recently renovated, and perfect for two adults. The neighborhood was very quiet and great for relaxing. Everything we wanted to do was within a 10 minute drive. Check in was simple, easy, and quick with the local hospitality partners. They even left us a sweet treat upon arrival! If staying in Brevard, I would highly recommend!

A great place that makes you feel relaxed and comfortable in a perfect location. We were really happy we chose this place. We enjoy coming to Brevard, but staying in a place like this is a lot more enjoyable. Kudos to the design; comfortable, spacious, pretty, and simplistic. We are looking forward to coming back.
