Nestled in Brevard, this lovely house for $325 per night is a great choice for your next break. Welcome to the perfect home base for your mountain getaway. Our 1910 Craftsman Bungalow sleeps seven-plus in two bedrooms with four beds plus floor mattress and couch in the living room. Enjoy two full baths, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace, front porch and rear patio seating, gas grill, fenced in yard and ample parking. It is a short walk to EVERYTHING BREVARD: great restaurants, unique shopping, local arts and music, and breweries, and an easy drive to waterfalls, hikes, biking, fishing, and more. This is a pet friendly home. The front yard is fully fenced in and we do allow dogs to come on your vacation but we ask you please let us know as there will be a pet fee of $25/night for up to 2 pets and $15/night for each additional after. Please notify Gareth that you are bringing your furry friend and arrange to pay the pet fee. Your host is Gareth and your hospitality manager is Perry. Steve, Gareth's father helps with guest needs on occasion. Located in the LUMBERYARD ARTS DISTRICT (one of the oldest Brevard neighborhoods), this charming historic home was lovingly restored and updated in 2009 by Parker Platt a leading local architect. It features 10-ft ceilings, abundant light through large windows and doors, elegant trim and molding details and great maple floors. We loved our stay at this lovely bungalow in downtown Brevard. It was nicely updated, very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The host was quick to respond to any questions we may have had. I highly recommend and look forward to staying here again in the future.

When we checked into the house it hadn’t been cleaned from previous renters. Beds hadn’t been made,etc. We called property manager and issues was addressed immediately by having cleaning crew come to house. Have been promised a refund. Outside of this house is in great location and as advertised. Brevard is a beautiful town!

We loved this adorable Red Bungalow! Super cute and spacious for our family of 5. We stayed here 8 days while our oldest was at summer camp in Brevard. Fenced in yard was great! We walked to breakfast at Morning Social most mornings. We highly recommend!

Our stay was wonderful! The little red bungalow was cozy and quaint with beautiful art and fire place. We were close to DuPont Forest for hiking and within walking distance of downtown Brevard. We would definitely recommend and hope to come back!

This Little Red Bungalow was fantastic! My 17 year old son and I spent 4 days in Brevard, Dupont Forest and Pisgah National Forest rafting, fishing and hiking. The house was set up with everything we needed -- very comfortable beds and furniture, well equipped kitchen and so close to downtown for easy access to restaurants and shops. Highly recommended!!

My husband and I stayed at this property with our two greyhounds for the week. It was super conveniently located; within walking distance to anything downtown and just off the greenway taking you into Pisgah Forest for some epic bike rides. Easy access to the blue ridge parkway as well for hiking adventures. The house of clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. Nice fenced in yard for those early morning and late night potty breaks for our dogs. Owners were friendly and very communicative. Would definitely book again. Due to a severe winter storm and sickness in my family we were unable to make the trip to Brevard. However Gareth was very kind and understanding in his communications with us and did all he could to assist in whatever way he could. What an amazing property! It was exactly as described in the listing, only better -- one of the best rentals we have ever stayed at. The home has been lovingly renovated, it's super clean, and the check-in process and communication with the owner was flawless. There's ample private parking, the neighborhood is walkable and very quiet, and it's a short walk to town with lots of choices for shopping and restaurants. We will definitely be back!
