Property was just as described. Location was quiet & relaxing. Communication with the Host was easy and timely. Would recommend you try this condo in Richmind Park section of Kingston Plantation on your next vacation trip to Myrtle Beach. You will not be disappointed.

This place is every bit a cute as it is online and is a pleasant walk to the beach. We encountered a couple issues during our stay, but Jon was available and extremely prompt in helping us through the situations.

The mattresses are hard and don't sleep well. There's mold on the underside of the handicap rails and unidentifiable goo on the shower wall in the rear bathroom. No extra rolls of toilet paper, no pods or detergent for the washer; not enough towels for 4 days, so we had to purchase detergent and wash towels every day. Only 1 extra pod for the dishwasher, so had to purchase those too. The unit was clean in all other areas and nicely furnished.
