Comfort & Relaxation: • Our bungalow has been lovingly restored and beautifully furnished down to the last detail to provide you with the most comfortable and relaxing stay. Glass Enclosed Front Porch: • Enter the house through the sliding glass porch door. This lovely all-weather room is a wonderful place to spend time. Watch the world go by as neighbors walk their dogs or jog past. Relax in the 2 large rocking chairs or on the cushioned patio furniture. Living Room: • This wide open, light-filled living space features 10 ft ceilings, an original stone fireplace with vent-free gas logs, an oversized suede couch, 2 fully swiveling club chairs, and a large wall-mounted smart TV. Just bring your password(s) for your streaming account(s). Dining Room: • Enjoy this comfy dining area with a glass top table and cushioned seating for 4. Adjacent to the dining room, there is a cozy reading nook off to the side, next to the windows with a luxurious recliner & small table for your cup of coffee and book. Kitchen: • Prepare delicious meals hassle-free in our fully equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, including a handy dishwasher. I've stocked the kitchen with basic cooking essentials, like salt, pepper, and cooking spray. Enjoy your morning brew with the versatile Keurig duo coffee maker, offering both single-cup and full pot options. Plus, stay refreshed with the convenience of our refrigerator's filtered water dispenser, providing endless cold, filtered water. Master Bedroom & Bath: • Sunny master bedroom with a super comfy King bed, blackout curtains, ceiling fan, and a large walk-in closet. The master bath features original hardwood floors, a custom tiled shower/tub, and a beautiful marble top vanity. Guest Bedroom & Bath: • Cheerful guest room with a comfortable queen bed and a 55" wall-mounted TV. Just off the bedroom is a sunny private office. The guest bath includes a double sink vanity, custom shower with dual shower head, and a sliding transom window above the tub. Laundry Area: • Separate laundry area with a front-loading stack washer and dryer and laundry sink. Sunroom & Deck: • Enjoy breathtaking mountain views from the sunroom, which opens onto a spacious 12’x24’ deck with oversized comfy rockers and chaise lounge chairs. Back Yard: • Explore the entire property, including a covered cement patio with a 4-chair patio dining set, a gas BBQ grill, and a gas fire pit with Adirondack chairs.
