Situated in Ozark, this charming house for $131 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Quiet comfort awaits you in this cozy home-away-from-home set in a beautiful country-like neighborhood in the heart of the Missouri Ozarks. Make yourself at home and use the fully stocked kitchen or the gas grill while enjoying the great scenery on the back patio. We have fast Wi-Fi internet and a desk if you need to get some work done. Log in to the smart TV and binge watch all your favorite shows before retiring to the very comfortable beds. The property is a two unit Town Home/Duplex, so the driveway and back yard is shared with the rental next door. There is an outdoor security camera overlooking the parking lot. I don’t live on the property but I’m always available via phone or text. Please let me know if you need anything.

Renting this house was a delight! It had us feeling right at home. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook. We are very pleased with our stay and will highly recommend this place to anyone!

This is the 2nd time we booked a stay with Anthum. It really is a home away from home. Clean and comfortable. The amenities are a nice touch should you forget soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc. I highly recommend The Southwest 2.

We loved the quietness of the neighborhood and it was so perfect for my 9month old and 10 year old. Very clean and accommodating to our needs. Would stay here again!

We were visiting our in laws in Table Rock and this house was in a great location only 30 minutes from our in laws! The house was clean and spacious and had all the amenities we needed for our get away! We would definitely stay again!

Southwest II was the perfect place for our family. We had a big family gathering in Ozark with several families staying in various VRBO’s scattered around this MO city. The location was perfect; we were so close to other families and events. The surrounding neighborhood was quiet, great for our downtime. Very clean and comfortable. So many extra little amenities that were surprising and appreciated (snacks, cooking oil, spices, teas, coffee, dishwashing liquid, shampoo,…) We will definitely look this place up for the next gathering in Ozark!

We enjoyed our stay.. the rental was cozy, comfy and provides everything you will need. The host is easy to contact, checks in with you to see if anything is needed. We have stayed several times in this rental & booked our return fall trip.

The home was perfect for our needs as we made all our meals there. It was a very quiet neighborhood which allowed us to sleep and recover from treatment. All questions we had were answered immediately by Anthum. Thank you, we will definitely stay there next time we visit!!!

This listing was exactly how it's presented in the photos. Clean, quiet, and comfortable the owner did a great job making sure you have all you might need. I loved how everything was labeled, so it's easy to find stuff. I slept comfortably in the bed. The neighborhood and surrounding areas appeared very nice. I was staying alone and felt safe the entire time, often times coming in late or after dark. I will definitely keep this place at the top of my list when I'm back in Ozark!

I would not hesitate to stay there again. Actually, I hope we get the opportunity to return to the area for another fishing trip. Good restaurants close by.

This is a great property with a perfect location for me to visit family. Everything was clean and it had everything you would need for a short stay or a long stay. Property owner was super responsive and helpful. This one is top of my list for future visits.

Great little place!

This place was perfect for 3 adults and one 1 child. It had all of the comforts of home. We especially appreciated the thoughtful "extras" like the bowl of quick snacks like granola bars and trail mix, or the extra toiletries in case we forgot anything. The backyard is massive and my son enjoyed playing with the football that was provided. We will definitely plan to stay here the next time we visit Ozark.
