About this house rental

Located in Sheridan, this attractive house for $219 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Beautiful front porch invites you into the living room of this freshly renovated craftsman w/ fireplace, built-in bookcases & glass cupboards in sunlight filled dining rm, charming kitchen w/ bar seating, main floor en suite, and laundry upstairs in mudroom. Additional bedroom, bathroom & cozy den located downstairs (steep stairs). Large screened back porch overlooking lovely fenced back yard. Street parking (or garage available w/ advance notice for longer term stays & addtl fee). Sweet little cottage with freshly updated kitchen and bathrooms. Picture subway tile, updated fixtures, lighting and butcher block countertops. Stylish vibe, contemporary decor and Persian rugs throughout. The cottage is in the quiet Residence Hill neighborhood. Please drive slowly and with caution for children and pedestrians. The historic downtown, library, aquatic center and city park are a short lovely walk through historic neighborhoods. I am happy to assist with planning for excursions or entertainment in the Sheridan area. Please let me know how I can help. The cottage is located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. Neighbors will notice discourteous behavior and loud, inconsiderate noise. Please show respect during your stay. Please take care to avoid scratching restored wood floors. No smoking anywhere on premises. Must be 21 to book. An event with up to 10 additional daytime only guests is allowed without notification. Any more guests or additional overnight guests beyond number of guests on original reservation must be approved and overnights will be allowed with an additional guest fee. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not flush ANYTHING but toilet paper down the toilets. The sewer will back up and guests will be held responsible.

We rented the entire house and stayed here for one week in May 2023. The house is in a nice neighborhood, walkable to town via a set of stairs and a trail just a few blocks away. The house itself was decorated beautifully and outfitted with all the amenities you need. No need to bring a book because the owners have all the bookshelves stocked with novels, nonfiction, art books, and children’s books. There are a handful of children’s toys in the downstairs unit that our child enjoyed, too. The house is quiet and cozy at night and the outside spaces were perfect for relaxing and playing. The host is communicative and helpful. In summary, it was an excellent stay and would rent it again with no hesitation.

Something happened on the VRBO end where our listing info disappeared from the email, and the pertinent info wasnt on my app either. Luckily Ellie responded to my message quickly and we could verify the needed info. Aside from that it was a wonderful place to stay. Wish we were in sheridan for a few more days!

A true gem. 15 minute walk to Main Street on a quiet street. House is well done and perfect for our crew. All the details and super attentive host. Highly recommended
