Lots of stairs and no lift, which makes it a bit uncomfortable

Location was excellent although that did come with its drawbacks. Communication was excellent from Roberto and getting keys for accomodation was very easy Flat had all that was required for stay

Although the location was excellent, this came with drawbacks, without doubt the noisiest accomodation I have ever stayed in, not just in Pistoia but anywhere. Did not get a good nights sleep at all. A restaurant directly below along with Via Roma being a main thoroughfare is not ideal. Also this property is in absolutely no way suitable for anyone with any health issues or young kids/babies, its up 3 steep flights of stairs, just to your property door, then up another flight of stairs to the kitchen and living room, then up another flight of stairs to both bedrooms and for goid measure another couple of stairs up to the bathroom. This property does not have a lift. A wee spray of wd40 on the door hinges would be great so you dont wake everyone up when you need to go visit the toilet.

superb location, at the heart of the city center, the view from the window is on the main square - Piazza Del Duomo. all the historic center by foot, with everything you need around you! the apartment is very clean & has everything you need! Roberto is a wonderful host, and was in touch to answer all my questions

Too noisy at mornings and weekends. Expectable for it location.

The apartment was clean and it was very well equipped with two AC units. We used Pistoia as a a base to travel to neighbouring cities like Lucca, Pisa and Florence. The old Pistoia center was also really nice with some good quality restaurants. Perfect apartment and we were lucky to have the Balcony. The host, Roberto, helped us out with Pistoia parking which was most useful.

I loved everything, it’s right in the Historic center who makes life incredible easy. Robberto was amazing, him helped me moving my luggages from one apartment to another and helped me on finding someone who could give me a hand with my luggage still Florence so I could get my train. Everything I needed him was always very helpful and always answered within minutes off me texting him. I strongly recommend Residenza Roma and I will be come back soon. the property is in the perfect location and has everything you need. clean and confortable and good air conditioning. the owner is very helpful and accommodating

we came to the city for a wedding in the town hall so firstly the location was everything we could have asked for with the added bonus of having a brilliant gelato shop just a few steps away. Checking in was quick and easy with the lockbox. The apartment was compact but everything we needed, clean, well equipped and comfortable. Our host was helpful and easy to contact if we needed anything.

to many stairs actually the property is in fourth & fifth floor with no elevator not good for people over 60 or with difficulties to walk like us. They should posted the stairs w no elevator

Everything was great! The check-in procedure was very convenient and the host is super responsive. Since we were using public transport and arrived to the flat 2 hours before the official check-in time, it was super nice of Roberto to prepare the apartment earlier. Another thing: when I realized that there was no kettle and asked Roberto to bring one, he solved it during one hour! So I would highly recommend this place :)

It's located in front of the main party place and we stayed in Pistoia on Friday :D But the bedroom is separated and you can easily isolate yourself closing windows and a bedroom door. Also it would be nice to add some hooks for towels in the bathroom and fix a flushing button.

It was one of the best stays ever. We were lucky and had the room with a balcony. Roberto is extremely friendly and quick to reply to any queries.
