Great location. The property is within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and places of interest. Loved the heated floor in the bathroom.
The dishwasher did not work. The toilet kept running. We notified the staff, who offered to send someone out to fix the problem.

Great location. Responsive staff even if the remote/off-site contact is sometimes a bit cumbersome. Rooms are tidy and nice -- perfect for one person.
Just needs a new coat of paint, fresh carpeting, things like towel hooks and such refastened. A great place - just a freshening; that would make it 10/10 easily.

I love the location. It was perfect ror our vacations. The check in was a little frustation. But, you need a little table with chairs.
The situation with the internet. I've internet in my phone, but I love tv in my rest afternoon. I couldn't believe that I've to wait for sonmeone durinto all day for fix it or install someting new. It wasn't nice.

Bedroom exceptionally noisy because of garbage truck from 6.30 to 8 each morning. Room temperature controls did not work: temp was 65f and could not be changed. Main door code lock was almost unusable: unilluminated grey on black touch buttons that mostly didn't respond. Every entry required multiple attempts. And finally, Booking.com sent me several emails claiming the booking was "fraudulent". Contacted Sonder and they said this was a common problem. I have strongly suggested that they stop using you, not least because I have of heard many similar problems with your system.
